REPAIR/MAINT/IMPV OF LT POLE, OVERHEAD CONDUCTOR AND ALLIED EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS AT LEBONG UNDER AGE (I) DARJEELING

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable underground cable PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armored heavy duty aluminum conductor LT 1100 v grade UG Cable of any size, wall and trenches etc after disconnecting, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay in trenches, fixed to wall/pole UG Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded Aluminium conductor , 1100V grade of size 10 sqmm 2 core, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of 40mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, clamp, nuts, bolta and washers and laid/fix in trenches/wall/pole for protection of underground cable, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay in trenches, fixed to wall/pole DWC Pipes (Double Wall Corrugated) of dia. 40mm type 450 (450N) as per IS:16025 Part 24 standard for carrying UG cable, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing On-load Change over switch of capacity 100 Amps 415 Volts 4 Pole, with SS Enclosure, fixing in wall type and making the good distrubed surface complete with all accessories, including taking down of old unserviceable change over switch and reconnecting the cables with proper lugs all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make - Havells Cat No. -IHCNFE0100 or equivalent model of makes as mentioned in "List of Makes" of Particular Specification of the Tender Documents.

Dismantling/uprooting of steel poles of any size and shape, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws (9 M long) for mounting LED Security light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
