Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the form of regular pits not not exceding 0.50 mt. in depth and work in embankmet to be n 20 cm. layers includding ramming and dressing the surface to required level and slope and also including 1.5 mt. lift and 30 mt. lead as per SL. Excavation in widening of road in ordinary soil (Loam,clay or sand) including 1.5m and lead up to 30m. and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both side of road with S.O.B. Brick 8 cm wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortor all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth including all labour T&P sundries required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 765 SOR 2022

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with RS-1 using distributor at the rate of 0.275 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. II
