Supply, install, testing and commissioning of wall mounted double lock front mounted gas outlet IOL front loaded tube size 10 mm dia including all connected accessories specified and directed. Make: Medflo/radon/MN life care

Supply, fixing and pressure testing with distribution of piping medical graded copper pipes. Pipes shall be solid drawn ,tempered seamiess, phosphorous doxidizer, nomarsenic and degressed for oxygen service distribution copper pipe should be Cu DHP grade half hard and manufactured as per BSEn :13348:2008of size 15mm dia, thickness 0.9mm including all kind of fittings like bends, elbows, TEE, sockets, necessary jointing/ welding etc to walls, ceilings, crossing of walls by making holes including necessary shaddle heavy duly at an interval of maximum 0.5 meter and painting with two caots according to medical gases colour code complete all as required for functioning. Make MEXFLOW/ equivalent as approved by GE. Note: Quoted rates inclusive of all kinds of fittings as required for proper fixing and functioning of oxygen pipe line including all kind of brazing / welding work, crossing of wall by making holes etc.

M & L for supporting structure to gas pipe lines and oxygen cylinders etc , bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as directed

M&L for boring of horizontally holes under the road below 0.7 mtr from the road/hard surface by trenchless techonology using ultra sound technique and inclduing necessary machine without damaging the existing road and getting out in any type of soil and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work including supply & laying GI pipe up to 50 mm dia complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: AVERAGE WIDTH OF THE ROAD IS 10 RM

Supply and drawn sub main wiring with two runs of 1.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable upto and including 1100 volts grade with multistranded copper conductor drawn through PVC conduit surface/concealed type on walls, floors etc including one run of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity wire all as specified (Note : Two runs of 1.5Sqmm copper conductor and one run of 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire will be measured and paid as one unit only)

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Pressure guage made of brass to be fitted on madicle oxygen gas distribution pipe line to measure the oxygen gas pressure on the pipe line of complete including necessary arrangements connected accessories as required for proper functioning of the pressure guage complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate inclusive all all the arrangements required for installation of pressure guage in existing oxygen gas pipe line of dia 15mm / 22 mm.

Supply and fix oxygen regulator (Medical Grade) DOUBLE STAGE (0-15 bar) made out of brass conform to IS 6901-2009&BSEN ISO 2503-1998 suitable for connection Oxygen Jumbo cylinder to oxygen outlet by using necessary connection pipe medicle grade not less than 1 m length of suitable pressure withstand capacity , oxygen outlet connector, circlip etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr in deep and getting out in Hard/Dense soil laying of cables etc.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick using excavated soil

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above from the starting point

Sypply and lay HDPE pipe 50 mm dia 10 KG /CM Sq pressure for protection of oxygen pipe line complete all as specified and directed

M & L cutting of road, hard standing made of concrete or premix carpet, WBM, soiling and morrum filling including excavation for laying of cable pipe all as directed and making good the road/hard standing by using all old/new materials and with PCC (1:2:4) etc, required to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm stone aggregate in coping to pole / repairs to flooring including form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

Note: Contractor should visit the site before quoting the rates. The above mentioned work to be executed at the rooms which are adjacent to COVID ward of MH Secunderabad. Necessary protection of the workers/ technitians/ supervisors / Engineers against COVID are the responsibility of the contractor.
