M & L for 2nd class shoft wood, plain straight, solid chawkats and frames, wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints, supplied and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick plain framed panlled shutters (any numbers of panels) of 2nd class hard wood with panels of timber flat on both sides or of veenerred particles boards medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veereers, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35 mm thick, 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamferd or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8 Clause 8.24(a), etc including fixing of stainless steel wire mesh 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire with 1.40mm average aperture and fixed with wooden bedding all in sides, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminium powder coated (powder coated of required colour) three track sliding windows frame top & sides of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.50mm (section No 20831), bottom of size 92 x 31.75 x 1.50mm (section No 20832) and shutter top & bottom of size 40 x 18 x 1.55mm (section No 20736) and side (handle) of size 40 x 18 x 1.55mm (section No 20738) and lock side shutter frame of size 40 x 18 x 1.45mm (sectio No 20737) and for wire guage shutter of size 18 x 43.50 x 1.35mm (Section No.20791) with locking arrangement including stainless steel wire mesh 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire with 1.40mm average aperture and fixed with stainless steel wire staples and providing 5.5mm thick tinted glass with necessary rubber beading gasket and aluminium (anodised) grill, square, ractangular or similar section, fixed with channel of size 38 x 12 x 13mm etc including making good to the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F aluminium (powder coated with approved colour) ventilator, partialy glazed and partialy louvers, outer frame & mullion fabricated with aluminium section of size 82.50 mm x 38.00 mm x 1.70 mm thick (Cat No 20036), half portion glazed with 4 mm thick frosted glass including rubber beading, & glazing clip, half portaion louvers of 80 mm wide & 4 mm thick frosted glass including aluminium louver patti including S.S wire gauge of fixing of 0.36mm dia and 1.40 width of aparture with 25x3mm think aluminium strip with screw to upper half portion of ventilator all fitting & fixture and fixed in position and aluminium (anodised) grill, square, ractangular or similar section, fixed with channel of size 38 x 12 x 13mm etc., complete all as specified and directed

S&F solid PVC door frames of size 50mm X 47mm made out of 5mm plain color PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter, 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded, plain colour PVC "C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement all as per specification and drawing, complete all as specified and directed.
