Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc 15 cm thickness, below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts steel or RCC embedded in concrete any section including taking out embeded portion and making good distrubed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of steel or wrought iron or mild steel, of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

20mm thick Granite (of any type) as in floor/platforms/pillars etc machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and including grinding, polishing, rounding of edges complete all as specified and directed.

20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut, in skirting/ dado bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone fixed over and including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4, including grinding, polishing, rounding of edges complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonary surfaces, chajja and suspended work finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.
