M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cement Mortar(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-Cast Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bond stone set in Cement Mortar (1:4.) complete all as specified and directed.

Extra over stone walling for 20mm hammer dressing of face and joints of Random Rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing to random or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course with cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 75mm bore Single socket(SWR) Pipes in any length with rubber ring joint, laid in trenches or in floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as copping. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hand packing any thickness of broken stone or boulder at back of wall over arches etc and raising or lowering) to thr required level, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering & well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc 250mtr but n exc 500 mtr distance & depositing where directed at a level nexc. 1.5 mt above the starting point. .complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) type C1 ( using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains,complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 32.5cm inner girth in cement concrete,using extra cement,incl forms,mould,mitred/stopped ends etc completed

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc including brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq.metre.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for level course. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer or mortar for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured jointfree ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles.complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 17 above, but in skirting including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar(1:4).

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0, complete all as specified and directed.

S &F IInd class hardwood in windows shutters 30mm thick divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded , mitred or rebated sash bars with stiles and rails as specified in SSR part I section 8 clause 8.24 (b) .complete all as specified and directed.

S&F II nd class hardwood plain fillets exc 3cm and n exc 6 sqcm sectional area, square, rectangular or triangular in section, wrought, secured with nails,complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement mild steel galvanized iron wire cloth 0.56 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 and fixed with tinned tacks or staples complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 3mm sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exceeding 0.5 Sqm each pane. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm size Butt hinges med weight cold rolled mild steel and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 100mm long Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18/19mm thick Prelaminated Particle Board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancig white lamination, fixed with nails for pelmet boxes in repairs.complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 20mm dia mild steel chromium plated curtain rods with and including fixing socket complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new painted surfaces of wood and wood material of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on new surfaces in any tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide on new surfaces in any tint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed.(Note: Only compacted thickness after punning will be measured and paid)

M & L for brick protection cover to LT under ground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor cable of size 25.0 sq mm 3.5 core.complete all as specified and directed.
