Annual maintenance work of MPPGCL private railway siding for power house at ATPS Chachai

Maintenance of permanent way including bridges as per indian railway specification and as directed by the engineer in charge. (a) in side of power house as per schedule (b) out side of power house as per schedule

Removing and taking out old wornout or damaged rails from existing track by the contractor's diplorry or rail trolly including returning the same to board's store,taking delivery from area store and bring to the site fixing in postion new or usable rails supplied by the department free of cost as per existing sleeper density i/c all operation such as alignment levelling gauge ,maintenance (removing fish plate/bolt and cropping, cutting, making 32 mm dia fish bolt,holes where ever necessary)etc.complete and as per site conditions and as per the direction of engineer in charge for changing and replacing the rails.

Removing and taking out old worn out or damaged sleepers (any type of sleeper) from existing track by contractor's diplory including returning the same to board's store,and taking delilvery from area store and bring to the site fixing in postion new or usable sleeper with fitting supplied by the department free of cost as per existing sleeper density i/c all operation such as excavation preparation and formation lifting, levelling ,packing of sleepers alignment etc. all complete and as per the direction of the engineer incharge (no spearate payment for lifting of track required for this item shall be made).

Supplying and running out of fresh ballast (50mm) in B.G. track of O.C.M. Dhanpuri chachai & Amlai railway siding at different location including supplying and stacking machine broken 50 mm metal as per I.R.specification free from dust and other foreign material including all taxes, royality , loading, unloading all transporation from the site stacks within 50M lead including all lifts and screening of ballast , removing dust etc.all complete and as per the direction of engineer in-charge.

Disposal of slided earth from cutting portion of railway track from side drain i/c all lead & lift ensuring proper drainge and cess slope etc complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Painting of kilometer, gradient and 1/10 km rail post as per existing parameter at site including figuring letter writing, numbering as per IR specification PW mannual minimum two or more coat with approved make of ready mixed synthetic enamel paint as per direction of engineer in charge.

Alumino Thermic welding with short pre heating process of rail joints of 52 kg/90 UTS/T-12 rails on cess or in situ as per the reqrirement to make 3 rail SWP (short welded panel) or welding of 52 kg rail joints at other locations as directed by Engineer -in -charge of the work, including the cost of all labour and material, tools fuel, prefabricated moulds including handling of rails, cropping of rail ends, providing specified gaps at rail joints, finishing of welded joints as per specifications including USFD testing and all other testings of welded joints as per Specifications and as laid down in RDSO Manual for fusion welding of Rails by the Alumino, thermic process' September 1998' with correction slips as issued (subject to modifications as provided for in technical specification for this work) as a complete job as per RDSO specification no. T-19/1984. The contractor has to arrange all the testings as laid down in the aforesaid manual at his cost.
