Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

b)1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in:

a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i)Single socketed pipes.

Providing and fixing on wall face plasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conformingto IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion.

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised - PVC rain water pipes by means of 50x50x50 mm hard wood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length, including cutting brick work and fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall etc. complete.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground , all complete as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge : External work

Cleaning of Manhole chambers of any size by removing sludge , dirt, malba & flushing with water including disposal of waste to Municipal corporation dumping places etc.complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Cleaning of 100 to 150 mm dia sewer line including taking out sludge / clogged material by rodding & flushing with sufficient quantity of water to ascertain smooth functioning of sewer line etc. complete all as directed by EIC.

Cleaning of Septic tank & Removal of Sewage by Mechanical suction pump and desludging of all sludge, solid waste, dirt, night soil etc. manually including cleaning of Inlet & outlet Chambers & Invert pipes including disposal of all removed materials to the dumping ground out of municiple limits et. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Making hole about 100 to 150 mm dia in existing RCC / CC mincipal covered drainage along the road and finishing the same with cement mortar to make the edges smooth, work includes removing the RCC cover and placing it back after completion of work as directed by engineer incharge
