Addn/ Alteration to Tech Flight Complex Design, fabrication, installation and commissioning of automatic hangar door, motor operated mild steel hangar gate of total opening size of 30m x 10m of each side door (6 leafs of each door) and bi-parted made from pre-engineered structure. Gate to be cladded with 0.5mm thick Galvalume colour coated with 550Mpa painted in approval camouflage pattern alongwith suitable size rail and rollers (inclusive of roll bearing), automation system arrangement with all connected technical equipment accessories such as tail doors and integrated pass doors without threshold , bottom rail and top guide beam, guide rollers, end stops, gate carriage, wheels, track locking arrangement, driving mechanism, supports, electric wiring, pannel control board etc in the state to achieve overall serviceable automatic hangar gate with stability, durability and robustness, a high level of translucence retaintion, quality workmanship and finished as approved by Engineer-in-charge and manufacturers instructions. Notes :- (a) Design of pre-engineered hangar gate with foundation shall be vetted by IIT for the parameters considedred revelent IS codes for operation units, braking system, controls, warning devices all as specified and directed for replaceing existing manual operated gate considering new gates will be sustained by existing supporting truss. (b) Serviceability of the hangar gate must exist even the electric supply is offline with manual arrangement for opening and closing. (c) All steel section will be painted with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of red oxide all as specified and directed. Manufacturer and supplier: TATA BULE SCOPE/ KIRBEE

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any descriprion not otherwise provided for.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed as in roofing,cladding and sliding gates.

Supply and fixing for 0.63 mm thick galvanised, corrugated MS sheeting with two corrugatings side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts in roof, walls etc all as specified and directed.

S&F for plain sheeting 0.8mm thick galvanised with zinc coating 275gms per sqm as in ridge hips valley gutters etc fixed with 'L' or 'J' type cranked hook bolts in roof, walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new zinc(or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting , by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning etc all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of New decorated surfaces of roof sheet of any description (plain or corrugated) exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. (camoflouge type : dimension exc 2.5 RM but not exc 3 mtr in each direction (length and breadth) of each irregular shaped area painting with difference tint (as approved by GE), for external surfaces of sheets only.

M & L for preparation of New decorated surfaces of roof sheet of any description (plain or corrugated) exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed for inner surfaces of sheets only.

M & L for removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of CGI roof sheet of any description (plain or corrugated) exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. (camouflouge type : dimension exc 2.5 RM but not exc 3 mtr in each direction (length and breadth) of each irregular shaped area painting with difference tint (as approved by GE), for external surfaces of sheets only.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of CGI roof sheet of any description (plain or corrugated) exc 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including removing of galvanisation coating complete all as specified and directed for inner surfaces of sheets only.

Supply & fixing for wind activated roof ventilator suitable to mount on roof sheet with all necessary fixing arrangement, complete all as manufacturers instructions.Make – Horne Roof Ventilators or equivalent.

Dismantling Glazed floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing coat) removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (Square/ rectangular area) of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed by matching cement all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertiacal surfaces 350X250X7mm or 450X350X7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match.

M & L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm light shade, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

M & L Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm light shade, in skirting, dado and risers etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

(vii) 50 mm thick precast cover of reinforced cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with steel rainforcement 8 mm dia mild steel TMT bar @ 10 Cm c/c both ways and MS angle iron 50x50x6mm frame including two coats of painting over a coat of red oxide to exposed steel surfaces with suitable handle to lift the cover. Returning, Filling in, including Spreading, Levelling, Watering and Well Ramming in Layers not exc. 250mm in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring of holes under road , pavement , hard standing by trenchless manual auguring including reinforced concrete pipe, Class NP3 of bore 250 mm as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, Testing & commissioning self supporing indoor type totally enclosed LT Feeder Pilaar Box of size not less than 1500 mm x 1500 mm x 750 mm, IP - 65, compartmentalised design, dust and varmin proof of suitable size suitable for 440 Volt 3 phase 4 wire system made out of 2.00mm thick CRCA sheer and buid upon rigid frame work having front and rear hinged doors with neoprene rubber gasket including danger plate, earthing strip point and, ventilation louvers at the rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size of Zinc/Cromium plated & nuts, bolts, and washers etc.The panel shall be painted with two coats of red oxide primer and final finish of sythetic enmelled gray paint and incomming/outgoing cable hole at the bottom. The Panel shall be emmbeded with 50 x 5 mm MS angle iron frame and 30 cm above the normal ground level completewith PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B2 complete all as specified and directed by Enge in charge.(Loc : Near Radar Plateform) Note : All intenal connection of MCCB from BUS Bar made by using Aluminium busbar of rated capacity. Supply install testing and commissioning Silent type Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 100 KVA, 3 phase 0.8 power factor, 50 Hz, 1500 RPM self exicited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Jorhat and confirming to condition under IS 10002, 13364 Part I 1992, BS 5514/5000 with following: (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant IS/ BS Standards design. Alternator :- Standard design alternator rated at 100 KVA at 0.8 (lag) power factor AC, 3 - phase 4 - wire 415 volts 50 Hz, 1500 RPM, self exicited self regulated screen protected drip proof brushless design with winding in pole faces, insulating class 'H' and voltage regulation of + 1% at rated voltage from no load to full load. The alternator shall be confirming to BS 5000, IS: 13364 Part I (1992) and shall be in position to generate supply with frequecy regulation with in + 1% tolerance. The alternator will be suitable for tropical climate and shall generally confirm to BS - 2613/5000/ IS - 4722. Starting System :- Electric Self starter with and including battary charging alternator 12 Volts DC. Batteries :- Batteries of maintenance free of capacity 12 V, 150 AH- 01 No complete with copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battary terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolyte all as specified.

Control Panel :- Control panel shall be made out of CRCA sheet 14 gauge/ 2 mm powder coated dust and vermin proof totally enclosed and consisit the following: (a) Microprocessor based generator set monitoring and control system consists of 16 Charactor 2 line LCD disply and to monitor operator interface, fault history, alternator data, Engine data, provision for service adjustement and caliberation of DG control functions, Engine controls,engine protective functions, alternative protective functions etc. (b). Instrument fuses and control wiring. (c). Indication lamps for Set running and load on. (d). Aluminium bus bar copper bus bar including suitable capacity of MCCB , including CTs etc. AMF Panel :- Automatic Mains Failure (AMF) Panel made of CRCA sheet 2 mm thick including necessary arrangement to Install, Testing & Commissioning & connecting to load cable upto changeover switch , suitable capacity of 4 pole MCCB complete all as per OEM reccommendatition. Acoustic Enclosure:- Manufactured by OEM suitable for 100 KVA DG Set. Civil_Works:- All civil works including PCC plat form and related foundations including for panel and equipments including making good of distrubed area during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth and size of the foundation and PCC as recommended by the manufacturer.

M&L for submain wiring including PVC casing caping 2 run 4 Sqmm cable PVC insulated copper conductor multi-stranded or FRLS cable drawn through PVC casing caping with all accessories including 2.5 Sqmm single strand copper conductor cable PVC insulated unsheathed for earth continuity connected to common earth dolly and all as specified.

M&L for sheet metal enclosures with plug top and MCBs single pole and natural enclosures with two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 32A capacity all as per directed, Make - Legrand/Havells/Standard all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
