Supply & Fixing of Delivery pipe and syphon bend with minimum thickness of 8mm (Minimum) sheet MS IS-2062 Grade Fe-410 WA, length of delivery pipe 21+1feet and ID 27 inch, should be epoxy coated with anticorrosive paint (Two coat) along with flanges, syphon breaker valve and syphon bend support (as per existing frame having 2 channels from ISMB of size (HXB) 200x100mm, approx 3700mm long, make:- TATA/ Jindal/ SAIL/ Vizag and cross members) as per sample/ site requirement & specifications as per Annexure ‘A’ (for 50 Cs Pump-P-1&P-2) at Pump House JC-6.

Supply & Fixing of Syphon Bend with minimum thickness of 8mm (Minimum) sheet MS IS-2062 Grade Fe-410 WA, should be compatible with existing delivery pipe, should be epoxy coated with anticorrosive paint (Two coat) along with flanges, syphon breaker valve and syphon bend support (as per existing frame having 2 channels from ISMB of size (HXB) 200x100mm, approx 3700mm long, make:- TATA/ Jindal/ SAIL/ Vizag and cross members) as per sample/ site requirement & specifications as per Annexure ‘A’ (for 50 Cs Pump-P-5) at Pump House JC-6.

Providing and fixing of Syphon Bend support (as per existing frame having 2 channels from ISMB of size (HXB) 200x100mm, approx 3700mm long, make:- TATA/ Jindal/ SAIL/ Vizag and cross members) as per sample/ site requirement & specifications as per Annexure ‘A’ for 23 nos 50 Cs Pumps at Pump House JC-3, JC-5, JC-6 and JC-7.

Providing and fixing of foundation girder for 20cs VT Pump as per required size/length at site from ISMB of size (HXB) 300x140mm, approx 3700mm long (02nos. for each pump) make:- TATA/ Jindal/ SAIL/ Vizag. One end for this ISMB section shall be grouted into the wall by making arrangement of PCC block of suitable size as per the weight of the pump, other end should be welded/bolted to the existing ISMB section with the help of L-bracket and nut, bolts, washers, including material and labour including primer and two coat of epoxy paint on the complete foundation and labour charges for taking out old rusted foundation girders of Pump No. P-1 & P-2 at P.H. JC-5 and P-2 & P-3 at P.H. JC-7.

Providing RCC Piller support of foundation girders for 50 Cs pumps (including laying, shuttering etc.) by supplying approximate 15 cum cement PCC and approximate 1630kg 20mm & 102kg 10mm of steel as per site requirement (02 nos. for each pump) of Pump No. P-1 to P-8 at P.H. JC-4, Pump No. P-1 to P-7 at P.H. JC-5 and Pump No. P-4 to P-6 at P.H. JC-7.

Providing RCC Piller support of foundation girders for 10 Cs pumps(including laying, shuttering etc.) by supplying approximate 12 cum cement PCC and approximate 1060kg 16mm & 48kg 8mm of steel as per site requirement (02 nos. for each pump) of Pump No. P-1 to P-4 at Raliyawas Disty P.H. JC-4, Pump No. P-1 to P-3 at Jatuwas Disty. P.H. JC-4, Pump No. P-1 & P-4 at Bolni Disty. P.H. JC-5, Pump No. P-1 to P-4 at Akhbarpur Disty. P.H. JC-5, Pump No. P-1 & P-2 at Mangleswar Disty. P.H. JC-6, Pump No. P-1 to P-5 at Jalalpur Disty. P.H. JC-6.

The above rates are inclusive of all kind of taxes including GST and other expences like F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Terms & Conditions as mentioned in Bid document in Price Schedule.
