Erection, testing and commissioning charges for the above said 2.0 / 1.5 TR concealed Split AC. The Indoor (IDU) & Outdoor (ODU) unit must be supported by structure made of 40 x 40 x 5 mm amgle and tie rod incl. necy. Painting & as per direction & satisfaction of EIC.

Copper Refrigeration pipe line for Liquid Line hard drawn Cu piping (1/4" OD with 0.6 mm thick) & Copper Refrigeration pipe line for Suction Line hard drawn Cu piping (5/8" OD with 0.7 mm thick) with necy supports & brackets as per direction of EIC

Supply & Fixing of Nitrile Rubber tube insulation (make : Twiga/ supreme) of 9 mm thick on Suction & Liquid Line Copper Pipe.

Control Cabling from Condensing Unit to Control Panel, 4 core 2.5 sq.mm. communication Cable (Mk. Finilex / Havell's/ Gloster)

Supply and fixing flexible double canvass connection for concealed split air conditioners

Supply and fixing of Al poeder coated continious Grill

Supply & laying PVC Drain Pipe 25 mm dia with necy claming arrangement as per direction of EIC (make-- Supreme/Oriplast)

Charges for Scaffolding arrangement including lifting for outdoor & indoor units.

Supplying, fitting & fixing in position suspended false ceiling with frame work of aluminium hollow section of size 50mm x 25mm (2.0mm thickness) combined with aluminium corners of size 38mm x 25mm, suspended by aluminium hollow tube section of size 38mm x 25mm having size of 600mm x 600mm ceiling with aluminium composit panels (ACP) - Interior grade of thickness 3.0mm comprising of protective film, polyester coating, primer, aluminium coil, adhesive film, polyethylene core again with one layer adhesive film, aluminium bottom coating and finally service coating as per manufacturer's specification finished with aluminium screw and silicon sealent complete in all respect including all incidental charges etc. as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Construction of Trp Door (after proper cutting of ACP covering) made of Heavy Gauge Channel and particle board (hinged type door) for concealed split IDU maintenance as per direction of EIC. (Trap Door Size 3' x 1.5').

FRAME WORK Enclosed Safety Cage for ODU :: Supplying, fabrication & fixing 3 Nos. M.S U-channel of 6mm thick of size (75mm X 40 mm X 40mm) of 1m length for making platform for installation of outdoor unit of 8.5TR / 5.5TR ductable split AC incl. drilling 2 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 1/2:3) etc. fabricated with 2 Nos. horizontal angle of 25mm X 25mm X 5mm of 1m. length incl. S&F of enclosed safety cage (for ODU) made of angle (25 X 25 X 5 mm) and flat (25 X 5 mm) iron with necessary painting with 02 coat of R.O. primer (Asianpaint / Shalimer / Berger) incl. shade arrangement with corogated PVC shade with proper clamping arrangement incl. fixing of ODU as pr direction of EIC.

Cu Pipe Line Safety Grill Enclosure :: Supply & Fixing of perforated GI Cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. A1 painting of MS support with 25x25x3mm angle iron support 300x50x1.25mm (18SWG) (for the protection of copper pipe)

Wrapping both the copper pipe with kenofoam solution by 26 SWG aluminum sheet to make it vermin proof.

It is stated that the above work place is existing COVID Hospital, In case of any mishap or accidental to any staff that deputed by the agency the whole responsibility is to be borne by the concern agency. 2. The Agency shall be responsible for provisioning of all COVID safety measures including regular sanitiziation of work places, vaccination of employees and compliance of stated directive and COVID appropriate norms. 3. All the issues related to the safety of the staffs should be taken care by the agency itself. (Defect Libilities period for 01 year from the date of completion of work) (Rate should be quotated including all taxes and duties)
