Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan, including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4C X 150 sq. mm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size 4C X 150 sq. mm size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of 4C X 150 sq.mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Providing, laying and fixing 250 mm dia RCC pipe NP2 class (light duty) in ground complete with RCC collars, jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand)including trenching (75 cm deep) and refilling etc as required.

Supply, design , testing , commissioning & on site Retrofitting / erection of CRCA sheet steel enclosure to the existing IP-54 LT PCC panel near Transformer center-2.The details of the power feeders & other accessories to be fixed in the new enclosure shall be as follows: 1.300 A, 4P, 415V, 36 kA, adjustable thermal magnetic release MCCB with O/L,S/C protection, aux /Trip contacts, spreaders with Phase barriers & ROH. - 1 No. 2.Mains Indication lamps for showing on / off / trip indications with necessary control MCB. - 1 set All the above switch gears and its accessories shall be mounted in suitable size of enclosure 1500 (H) X 500 (W) X 400 (D) MM made out of using 2 mm thick CRCA sheet steel as per standard practice. The MCCB incoming shall be terminated using suitable rated uninyvin flexible copper cables with required copper lugs / Al. Busbars to the existing 400 A Aluminium busbar with necessary spreader links & other accesories as required.The out going side of MCCB shall be provided with spreader links for termination.The provision shall be made at the bottom for temination of cable of size 1 run of 3.5 core 150 Sq.mm. Al.armoured XLPE cable and necessary gland plates shall be provided as required. The existing earth bar shall be extended upto the new enclosure provided.The cubical doors shall be earthed & enclosure shall be powder coated (RAL 7035) as per standard practice. The additional enclosure shall be retrofitted with canopy to existing LT PCC using necessary pedastals made out of angle iron frame / PCC / brick constructions, fastners etc, all complete as per the site requirement. RETRO FITTING WORK: The existing panels to be retro fitted are live, and are feeding power supply to residential loads at staffquarters. Work has to be taken up in a phased manner, panel wise, section wise and with minimal disturbance to loads in concurrence with the Engineer in Charge.Control drawings,proposed Retrofit work drawings & GA of existing panel attached for reference. Note : The Dimensions of existing panel 1500 (H) X 1200 (W) X 400 (D) MM (IP-54) (Drawings enclosed for reference) GA shall get approval before fabrication.

Supply , onsite retrofitting , testing & commissioning of 300 A, 4P, 415V, 36 kA, adjustable thermal magnetic release MCCB with O/L,S/C protection, aux /Trip contacts, spreaders with Phase barriers & ROH in the existing LT PCC panel cubicle near Transformer centers-3 & 5.The switch gear compartment of dimensions 500 (W) X 400 (D) X 400 (H).The switch gear and its accessories shall be mounted in existing switch gear compartment with necessary base frames according to the site requirement as per standard practice. The MCCB incoming side shall be terminated using suitable rated uninyvin flexible copper cables with required copper lugs / Al. Busbars to existing 400 A rated Aluminium bus bar.The outgoing side shall be provided with necessary spreader links as required for terminating cable of size 1 run of 3.5 core 150 Sq.mm. Al.armoured XLPE cable with necessary holes respectively at the side / bottom of the existing panel and necessary gland plates shall be provided as required as per the site requirement. RETRO FITTING WORK: The existing panels to be retro fitted are live , and are feeding power supply to residential loads at staffquarters. Work has to be taken up in a phased manner, panel wise, section wise and with minimal disturbance to loads in concurrence with the Engineer in Charge.Control drawings & GA of existing panel are attached for reference. Note :The Dimensions of existing panel 1950 (H) X 1850 (W) X 400 (D) MM (IP-54) (Drawings enclosed for reference) GA shall get approval before fabrication.

Supply of 4 C X 150 sqmm. Power Cables with Solid Aluminum stranded conductor,XLPE Insulated,cores laid up, PVC tape innersheathed,Armoured,extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed,1100V grade as per IS 7098(Part 1).

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for 4 core 150 sq.mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable (A2XFY) of 1.1Kv grade as required.

Supply & fixing of customized GI sheet covers made out of thickness 2 mm on the existing cable trays. The GI sheet cover shall be fixed on the existing cable tray using necessary couplers , joints, bolt, nuts & fasteners etc. as per the site requirement.The existing cable tray details are as follows. 2700 mm (L) X 250 mm (W) X 75 mm (D)-6 nos. 1.2 m (W) X 1.25 m (L) X 75 mm (D) - 1 no. 0.42 m (W) X 1 m (L) X 75 mm (D)- 1 no. Note : The vendor shall get approval before fabrication.

Supply of 1200 mm sweep (48"), RPM not less than 370 , air delivery of not less than 220 CMM, non decorative high speed double bearing, low noise, ceiling fan suitable to operate on 230 Volts, 50 Hz, single phase A.C supply.

Dismantling of existing ceiling fans including wiring connection & other accessories and same shall be shifted to central stores as required by Engineer In-charge.
