Technical Bid

RequiredThe Tenderer shall have valid class-IV AND ABOVE KPWD/CPWD/MES/Railways/Public sectors licence.

RequiredTenderer has to furnish Annual turnover for the last 5 years i.e. 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 & 2024-2025 Duly certified by CA with UDIN Number.

Required3.2a Achieved in at least One financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs 4.86 Lakhs. Usually not less the estimated amount of this contract.

Required3.2b Tenderer should Satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, Atleast one any Nature of Work value not less than Rs 1.22 Lakhs. Usually not less than 25percent of estimated value of contract.

RequiredThe Tenderer shall give details of the works on hand Present contract commitment duly signed by the bidder.

RequiredBidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Category-IIA as prescribed in the tender document.

RequiredThe Bidder should agree and give a consent letter to the condition that, if Borewell failed No Water No Money.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The tenderer shall bear all costs associated with the preparation and submission of his tender, and the employer will in no case be responsible and liable for those costs.

The employer is not responsible for any technical hiccups or delay in accessing E - Procurement Portal.

Royalty on construction materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Govt orders.

All the formats prescribed in the bid document shall be filled by the tenderer in complete manner otherwise it will be rejected.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original. All the original documents to be submitted for verification at the time of technical bid opening or next day. And the Executive Director reserves the right to varify the original documents before approval.

If any, additional information required, the same may be obtained from the office of the Executive Director, 8, M S B-1, 6th & 7th Floor, Cunningham Road, Bangalore-52 during office hours on all working days. It may be noted that if any of the dates mentioned above happened to be a General Holiday , the next working day will be considered.

The employer reserves the rights to Reject or accept any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons.

The contractors assessed available tender capacity shall be more than the tender value. It will be calculated as per the Standard tender document Attached.

The Tender processing fee shall not be refundable.

Contractor should take all precautions to ensure that no damage is caused to the existing similar structures which have been constructed by other agencies during project execution. If any damage is caused, it has to be rectified at his own risk and cost.

If the Successful Bidder has quoted lesser rates than the estimated rates then he should without fail remit the Unbalanced Tender Amount along with the Security Deposit within the stipulated time as that shall be specified in the Letter of Acceptance, failing which the tender of the Successful Bidder shall be rejected.

The bidders should submit the Bid capacity compulsorily. The details of balance work B value (works on hand & works for which tender submitted) should be submitted in the prescribed format & should be signed by the concerned Executive Engineer / District level officer. In case the bidder does not furnish the above details/suppresses the actual facts/ produces false facts, along with the Technical bid, the technical bid of such bidder shall be considered for rejection.

All the items of work as Maintained in the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) are including lead and lift charges, loading and unloading charges, labour charges, all incidental charges, hire charges of all machinery and equipment required for successful completion of work etc., complete. The work shall be executed as per standard technical specification and directions of Engineer in charge of the work

Terms and condition of Contract are as per Approved STD KW-1.

The defect liability period is 12 months from the date of the completion of the work.

The Rates are exclusive of GST. The GST will be paid seperately.
