Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated/CGI sheets) including ridges as in roof covering, complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work / stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins ,arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement including applying two coat of white wash on ceiling incluidng preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coat of oil bound distemper over and incl a layer of wall care putty 3 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over 2 to 3mm thick wall putty on plastered surface preparing to distempering on wall surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment applying two coats of cement base paint on old wall surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coveing/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws/L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F prepainted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based semi corrugated/profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coveing/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws/L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in wind tiles for roof including securing bolts etc and similar work conforming to fe-410-0 or fe-310-0 (incluidng one coat of red oxide) including dismantling of old steel complete all as specified and directed.

GI T Grid system in 600 x 600 mm module which includes providing and fixing wall angle along the perimeter of the room with nylon sleeves and wooden screws at 300 mm centre to center. Suspendeding the main tee of size from the soffit, soffit cleat, rawl plugs and wire rod & leveling spring clip at 1200mm center to center cross tee, interlockined into the pre-cut slots in the main tees at 600 mm centre to center in direction perpendicular to the main tee to make a grid of 600x 1200mm. Finally 1200 mm cross tees are interlocked in the pre cut slots in the 1200mm tees at 1200 mm center to center in direction parallel to the main tee. Cross Tees having length more than 600 mm are to be supported independently. 6 mm thick aquesostic tile square edge of size 595x595 mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600x600mm. (a) Main T-24x32 thickness 0.3 mm and length 3600. (b) Cross T-24x25 thickness 0.3 mm and length 1200. (c) Cross T-24x25 thickness 0.3 mm and length 1600. (d) Wall angle - 24x24 thickness 0.4 mm and length 3000.

S&F rotational moulded polyethiene water storage tanks of capacity 500 ltr, (cylindrical , vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary GI fitting inlet/outlet washout over flow pieces long nipples, checknuts and waher etc incluing dismantling existing water tank of any description complete all as specified and directed.

All as per ser item No. 17 here in above but 1000 ltr.

S&F 20 mm bore Ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed from iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for schedule of credit (Sch 'A' Part - II) Amount of ₹ 74,000.00 during AOC Note:- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule
