S&F in repair MS pipe heavy duty for pumping set suction line/ discharge water line including with necessary fittings ,cutting, threading, welding etc and replacement of wornout, MS nut, bolts, washers & sockets flange etc including complete painting with two coat of bituminous paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed 80 mm bore heavy duty class C confirming to IS 1239 part-I (2204) Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

M&L for galvanized steel water tubing heavy grade of 25mm bore with & including all fittings complete,cutting, threading, welding etc laid in trenches, including taking up or down old unserviceable steel water tubing and connections of 25 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant items of this Schedule.

Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5 metre wide and not exc 1.5 metre in depth for foundation or for shafts, walls, manholes, laying cables, pipes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil/material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement coupling with locking arrangement or internally threaded suitable for 63mm fire hydrants complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement check nut for spindle suitable for fire hydrant valve and all as per specified.

S&F in replacement double door hose box suitable for having 02 Nos of 15 to 30 Mtr long, 63 mm bore hose pipes made out of 18 guage MS sheet with 4mm thick glass complete with frame door etc and duly painted of desired colour etc complete all as specified and directed. Note : Hose pipe will be measured and paid separately under this item. Make:- Minimex/ Safex/ Newage/ Agni

S&F in replacement of RRL hose Pipe, class ‘A’ confirming to IS 636, of 30 mtr long, 63mm dia with gun metal male/ female couplings including branch pipe gun metal 63 mm and brass nozzle of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Newage/ Dunlop/ Cosmos/ Minimex/ Safex/ Agni

Supplying, fixing and replacement of Pressure guage of range 0-16 Kg/Cm2. Including necessary fitting all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and dismantling the electric motor of defective Jockey pump set of capacity 20 HP, Phase 415 volts from the system, shifting to civil workshop and removing burnt out windings, cleaning the slots, rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire as per existing gauge and size, varnishing and drying complete, reassembling with pump, replacing the ball bearings as per existing size and make, transporting to site and refixing at original position, and connecting the pump set electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working all as directed. Note:- Dead flanges with nuts, washers and gaskets etc shall be provided by the contractor and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of the same.

Disconnecting the defective Jockey pump set of capacity 20 HP, from the system, shifting to civil workshop, dismantling the pump and removing defective/worn out parts like ball bearings, impeller nut, gland packing shaft sleeves, GM bushes, gaskets set, GM impeller and reassembling the pump by replacing the unserviceable parts with new ones, transporting to site and refixing at original position, and connecting the pump set electrically and mechanically, testing for satisfactory working complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Cost of minor spares like washers grease, cotton waste, gasket set, gland packing etc shall be deemed to include in the unit rate quoted and shall not be paid extra.

M& L for general cleaning, check up & preventive maintenance, general servicing and B check services reprogramming of control command circuit and testing of 75 Kw Diesel engine driven pump by authorised OEM complete for both manual and auto operation all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) The general checking and preventive maintenance will include diesel filter, oil filter, air filter, checking of oil level, earthing connections, timer, contactor , fan belt, exhaust, silencer, alternator, fuel injector, solenoid valve, water pump , mother board, governor card, electrical wiring, all type of sensors, alternator, battery charger etc. (ii) Rate quoted by the tendrer are also deemed to include the cost of S&F in replacement of minor parts like nut, bolts, washers, lugs , apply oil and greasing. (iii) Major materials required against this item for repair shall be measured and paid separately under as supply only. (iv) Labour required for replacement of an item shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item only.

Supply and fix in replacement Fan belt as per existing, suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 Kw all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Base board, printed circuit board with micro controller as per existing for diesel engine pump auto panel, suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement SMPS ( Switch board power supply) type automatic battery charger of capacity 12 Volt 10 Amp as per existing for diesel engine pump auto panel, suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement 12 VDC type 10 A, 250 Volt, 2.5 VA, , DIN mounting, screw connectors, mixed contact relay compatible for hard-wired logic automated system to complement the functions of PLCs for diesel engine pump auto panel, suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW of Schnieder RXZE2M114 or equivalent in L&T or C&S all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for draining out old coolant supply and filling in replacement premixed coolant suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 Kw all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for draining out old/ burnt Engine oil supply and filling in replacement engine oil (20 W 40) suitable for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 Kw all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for draining diesel from tank, cleaning of tank including painting with one coat of oil paint & painting as Tank cleaned on date ________, refilling drained diesel for 75 KW diesel engine pump all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of radiator for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 Kw as per existing make all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out defective fuel injection pump of Diesel Engine driven pump of capacity 75 KW , transporting to workshop and cleaning of injectors nozzles and overhauling complete including calibrating and re-fixing the same including testing the DG set to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement V belt for radiator fan/ main shaft/ cam shaft for Diesel engine pump of capacity 75 KW all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling the self starter 12 Volts DC of Diesel Engine and transporting to workshop for carrying out overhauling by Replacing all unserveciable spares including pinion, Re-assembling and refixing the same to diesel engine pupp including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting suction/delivery lines and coupling, taking down from foundation base frame, opening including dismantling of Main fire pump set split casing type of capacity 100 HP and replacement of worn out spare parts and re-assembling, to be installed in same location,commissioning & testing complete all as directed. Notes:- (i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only" under the relevant item here in after. (ii) Unit rate shall be deemed to include for all minor spares/extras.

M&L for painting of electrical operated fire pump of horizontal split casing type with TEFC motor class F insulation of capacity 100 HP,3 Phase 415 volts ,including suction and discharge pipe line and air cushion vessel with drain and safety valves of appx length 2.5 mtr long and 250 mm dia MS pipes , foundation frame and painting of all valve controls(all types of valves and pipe lines in fire fighting room) with scrapping the existing paint with wire brush and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled spray paint of existing colour of superior quality after making good to existing painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of Diesel Engine driven pump of split casing type of cap 75 KW with connected pipe lines, foundation frame and all control valves with scrapping the existing paint with wire brush and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting of Jockey pump with TEFC squirrel cage motor class F insulation of cap 20 HP with connected pipelines, foundation frame and all control valves by scrapping the existing paint with wire brush and painting with two coats of synthetic enamelled spray paint after making good to existing painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/replacement of pressure switches for fire fighting pumping system all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Danfoss or equivalent as approved by E-in-C.

Supply and fixing in repair gun metal branch pipe 63 mm dia male and female threaded outlet with hexagonal base bore with 15 mm nozzle conforming to IS 903 to meet the existing size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of hose box double door type as existing colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting of Asian make and removal of existing paint by hand scrapping preparing the surfaces by sand paper and cleaning the surface and making good damaged surface by denting,welding,grinding all as required for completion of job complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for painting of fire hydrant post 80 mm dia with double headed fire hydrant valve as existing colour with two coats of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting of Asian make and removal of existing paint by hand scrapping preparing the surfaces by sand paper and cleaning the surface and making good damaged surface by denting,welding,grinding all as required for completion of job complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement broken/damaged glass of hose box double door type with required size nut, bolt and washer as per existing size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M& L for opening the chamber of pressure sand filter and activated carbon filter of existing water treatment plant installed in fire fighting room, remove all the materials like quartz media, iron removing media , activated carbon, media upto bottom of the chamber, cleaning the inner walls by using suiatble cleaning agent, remove the fine deposits, fix to the chamber as before replacing the gasket of the opening way, filling the suitable media and pebbles upto the top by laying in layers as before, close the opening and testing should be carried out upto satisfatcion of Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Replacement of various size of media shall be measured and paid separately

M & L Sand filter media with super snow white graded quatz media and iron removing media of various sizes as per existing filter media including opening/closing and filling of sand filter media and iron removing media all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

M & L Superior quality activated carbon filter media and iron removing media as per exisitng filter media including opening/closing and filling filter with carbon and iron remvoving media all as per speicified and directed by Engr - in charge

S&F in repair of rotational moulded polyethylene chemical dosing tanks white colour of capacity 100 Ltrs (cylindrical vertical with closed top with lid cover ) hoisted and fixed in position as per existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and mixing (day to day operation) NSF certified food grade RO/Water treatment plant antiscalant for effective in controlling deposition of organic/inorganic scalants and such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, Barium sulphate, strontium sulphate, calcium flouride, iron, colloidal material, silica and other organic contaminants. Antiscalant should be effective over a wide pH range.

Supply and fix in replacement anti scaling dosing pump as per existing size and capacity including dosing pipe of suitable length from pump to dosing tanks and air release valve with strainer installed at water treatment Plant all as per specified and directed and Engr - in - charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Multi port valve as per existing installed at existing water treatment plant sand and carbon filter of capacity 2000 Ltr/hour all as per specified and directed and Engr - in - charge.

M&L for disconnecting suction/delivery lines ,coupling and all electric connection, taking down from foundation base frame, opening including dismantling of centrifugal pump set of capacity 2.0 HP for water treatment plant in fire fighting room and replacement of worn out spare parts and re-assembling, to be installed in same location,commissioning & testing complete all as directed. Notes :- (i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only" under the relevant item here in after. (ii) Unit rate shall be deemed to include for all minor spares/extras.

Supply and fix in replacement UPVC Pipe of size 1.5 inch (40 mm) Sch -80 including fittings such union, elbow, tee, sockets etc, resistant to corrosion, can withstand high pressure including cutting, jointing and testing satisfactorily as per existing including taking down old one all as per speicified and directed by Engr - in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement fire brigade inlet connection 04 way as per existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for disconnecting suction/delivery lines ,coupling and all electric connection, taking down from foundation base frame, opening including dismantling of hydro multistage booster system consisting of three identical CR pump set of capacity 3.0 HP (1.0 HP Each) connected in parallel and mounted on a common base frame for water treatment plant in fire fighting room and replacement of worn out spare parts and re-assembling, to be installed in same location,commissioning & testing complete all as directed. Notes:- (i) The spare parts required to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as "Supply only" under the relevant item here in after. Supply & fix, battery leads of PVC insulated sheathed multi core copper conductor 16 Sqmm (nominal area) heavy duty cable 2.0 m long with copper lugs duly crimped & soldering, including taking out old u/s lead and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix, battery terminal of brass with marking (+)/(-) & fixed in position & testing, including taking down and removal, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement Y type strainer in suction line of dia 100 mm both ends flanged with all fittings and nuts, bolts of desired size as per existing all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for repair the MS fire pipe leakage of 80/100/150 mm pipe under floor in bldg with arc welding including patch up MS piece plate with 5 mm thickness including painting with synthetic enamel paint and necessary earth work, excavation, returning filling and making good the floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair brass ball valve forged type with both ends flanged of size 80 mm as per existing including nuts, bolts and washers all as per specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

De-watering the existing RCC water tank of 325 KL capacity and cleaning all internal surfaces of roof, walls & floor, remove scales, mud & other foreign material, scrubbing with water using jute/ bushes and washing the surface with mixture of bleaching powder & fresh water finally washing the surface with fresh water and treating all internal surfaces with Two coats of white wash complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
