Point wiring: Providing point wiring for light / ceiling fan / 16A socket outlet/AC point etc. with 1100V grade, FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper wires in existing concealed conduit with controlling modular switches in concealed GI switch boxes with cover plate & metal frame, angle / batten pendent lamp holders, PVC round plates, 6A connectors in concealed junction boxes , ferrule numbers on both sides, 1.1kV grade FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wires for earthing of above said specifications, labelling etc. all as per site conditions, specifications, drawings and as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Scope of work shall also include providing the tags for wires inside casing & capping for bunching to avoid hanging of wires at the intervals of 600mm. Note: 1. Wiring layout arrangement and samples of switch boxes are to be got approved prior to procurement. 2. All switches, sockets, cover plates & frame, plastic surface boxes, etc. shall be of white colour and other accessories like lamp holders, ceiling roses & doorbell etc. shall be of polycarbonate body and shall preferably ISI marked. 3. The dimensions of switches, sockets and fan regulators shall preferably be ISI mark. 4. HMS PVC sleeves will have to be provided for crossing the wall, drilling holes & it’s refinishing to be also included in the scope. 5.The scope of work also includes removing of existing MS switch boards by breaking the brick wall, making suitable cut-outs in brick wall for fixing new switch boards, finishing with cement mortar, applying white putty as required, providing proper finish to wall, touchup paitnting for that area with OBD paint of existing shade and as per instructions of E-I-C. 6. All metalic boxes/switch boxes shall be earthed with 1.1kV grade FRLS PVC insulated 1.5sq.mm copper flexible wire. 7. Wherever choke up is found in concealed conduit or as instructed by EIC, the wiring shall be done on existing surface PVC casing capping/ PVC conduit.

Primary light point with 1.5 sq.mm wires complete with 6A, SP, 240V controlling switch.

Ceiling fan point with 1.5 sq.mm wires complete with 6A, SP, 240V switch (1-module).

Surface Point Wiring: Providing point wiring for light / ceiling fan / 6A socket outlet / 16A socket outlet/water heater points etc. with 1100V grade, FRLS PVC insulated multi stranded copper wires in 25 x 16mm size white PVC casing capping on surface, modular type controlling switches / socket outlets / ceiling fan regulators with readymade plastic surface switch boxes with cover plate & frame, angle / batten/pendent lamp holders, 3-plate ceiling roses , PVC junction boxes , PVC round plates, terminal looping connector blocks, ferrule numbers on both sides of wires, 1.1kV grade FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor wires for earthing, labelling etc. all as per site conditions, specifications and as instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Scope shall also include providing the tags for wires inside casing capping for bunching to avoid hanging of wires at the intervals of 600mm. Note: 1. Air conditioner point with 4.0 sq.mm wires 2 nos. and 2.5 sq mm wire 1 no., complete with 4 module metra plug & socket with 20A, DP MCB, 240V .

PVC Casing capping/PVC conduit:- Supply & installation of 25 x 16mm size white / ivory PVC casing capping/25mm dia PVC conduit, on surface of slab / wall / column fixed with nylon rawal plug, GI wood screws at intervals of 300mm complete with all accessories like plastic junction boxes if required etc. This is used in case of choke up in the conduit or for point extension.

Ceiling fan:- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 1200 mm BLDC fan with 5 step remote controller, minimum AIR DELIVERY 230 CMM at 5th step, SPEED 350 RPM, THD<10%, minimum POWER FACTOR 0.95, SERVICE RATIO>7.5, INPUT VOLTAGE 140-280 V AC, ALUMINUM BLADES. THE FAN SHOULD BE CONFORMING TO IS 374/1979. BLDC fans with safety chians including interconnection to ceiling rose with 3C X 1.0 sq.mm flexible copper cable as per tender specifications and instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Scope of work also includes dismantling of the exisitng ceiling fans and depositing the ceiling fans in packed conidition in the same cartons of celing fans at DCSEM stores

Occupancy sensor

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of motion sensor (having ultrasonic & infrared detection, load output contact -2000watts) in each room for controlling fans, A.C, tubelights inside the room, along with necessary wiring from sensor to Room switch board and contacator of AC point with 1100V grade, FRLS PVC insulated 1.5sq.mm multi stranded copper wires in existing concealed conduit/existing PVC casing capping on surface & along with all necessary accessories required for installation and proper functioning of the the sensors and providing 10A,SP, bypass switch for lighting circuit on switch on room lighting switch board. Note:Bypass switch shall be of same make offered against item no.1 & 2 above.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1 module 25A power contactor, inside the room, along with all necessary accessories required for installation and proper functioning of the the sensors

Note: The fixture to be got approved by department before manufacturing/supply. The fixtures shall have replacement warranty of 5 years from date of supply. Warranty certificates shall be submitted to department.

Supply installation testing & commissioning of 2 ft surface mounted LED batten fixture with min efficacy :- 100lm/W, min.lumen output :- 1000Lm , CCT :- 5700 /6500/6500K min.CRI :- 80 min. P.f :- 0.9 min. I.P :- 20 THD:- less than 10% Housing:- Extruded Aluminium complete with mounting accessories on surface of wall all hardware as required & instructed by E-I-C and as per tender specification. Scope of work includes interconnections between light point and light fixture with 3C X 1.0 sq.mm copper flexible PVC sheathed flexible cable Note: The fixture to be got approved by department before manufacturing/supply. The fixtures shall have replacement warranty of 5 years from date of supply. Warranty certificates shall be submitted to department.

Readymade suspended LED Tube light fixture : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of suspended luminiare suitable for single T8 LED tube. LED tube with minimum 2100 lumen output and having min. efficacy of 100Lum/watt. interconnection with 3C X 1.0sq.mm Copper pvc sheathed flexible wire, fixing with suitable anchor fastner with align screw headed bolts on ceiling/wall as instructed by EIC. Note: The fixture to be got approved by department before manufacturing/supply. The fixtures shall have replacement warranty of 2 years from date of completion of work . Warranty certificates shall be submitted to department. Scope of work also includes dismantling of the existing fixtures and taking away the dismantled fixtures. Suitable rebate shall be considering while quoting the rate.

Fabrication, supply and installation of swivelling bracket for street light luminaries fixed on surface of slab/beam by 6 Nos. minimum 10mm anchor fastner/ on brick wall with coach screws with 1500mm long 25 mm dia. G. I. pipe (Class -B) bracket bend into required shape fixed in 450mm long 50 mm dia. GI pipe (Class -B) with 3 nos clamping arrangement of 300 mm long made up of 40 X 5 mm G. I. strip welded to above 50 mm G. I. pipe (Class -B) to be installed at height up to 6 mtr.

Junction Boxes for area light: Supply and installation of IP66 Halogen free and weather proof cable junction box (without knockouts ) similar to catalogue no. KF2500C of M/s HENSEL with 4-way terminal block,6A,10kA,MCB on DIN channel, 2mm thick gland plate of suitable size, u-PVC steel reinforced gland for termination 3C X 1.5 sq.mm cable and open-able plain cover etc.

LIGHTING PROTECTION SYSTEM WORKS

Supplying & erecting double M.S. tubular for (Ground + 4 stories), scaffolding using 'H' frames of M/s. Acrow India (or) equivalent with horizontal and vertical rows at suitable spacing as per I.S. specification suitably overlapped at junctions and cross braced wherever required securely tied, supporting the scaffolding with building members as per permitted by the Engineer-in-Charge, including providing necessary safety belt and helmet to the workers and dismantling & taking back the scaffolding, safety belt and helmet after the repair works are completed all as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. PLEASE REFER ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR FULL DESCRIPTION, NOTES ETC.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of hot dipped 25 mm x 3 mm GI strip fixed to roof/ wall / slab / column / beam /PCC blocks with 16SWG GI saddles & 3 mm thick G.I. spacers at an interval of 500mm with all fixing accessories., interconnection of earth strip & continuous welding the joints in all four contact ages, painting the joint with red oxide, etc. all as required & instructed by the E-I-C. GI Strip to be installed from Ground Floor to terrace of the Building using above scaffolding , etc.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of hot dipped 25 mm x 3 mm GI strip in ground excluding excavation in all type of soil, interconnection of earth strip / wire GI nut bolts & washers, painting with two coats of black bituminous compound for earth strip in ground etc. all as required & instructed by the E-I-C. Excavation will be paid separately.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of GI pipe earth station with 38-40 mm dia class B GI pipe of 4.1 m length confirming to IS 3043 complete with all required materials like coke / charcoal, salt, G.I nut bolts, washers, 150 mm thick concrete wall chamber of suitable size duly plastered, heavy duty (minimum 12 mm thick) M.S chequred plate cover associated materials like 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron frame work, hinged locking arrangements, complete with funnels, GI test links (50 x 6 mm) with clamp of 50mm x3 mm G.I strips for connecting G.I pipe & test link etc. including excavation of ground in all types of soils upto 1mtr depth / upto hard rock & there after making 350mm dia 4.5 M deep bore hole from ground level, refilling with alternate layers of charcoal salt & removal of excess earth within a radius of 3000 M etc. all as required as per the standard drawing of earthing, specifications & instructed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The chamber cover & frame shall be got approved by Department & painted with one coat of red oxide & two coats of enamel paint.

Fabrication, supply & installation of hot dip galvanized GI Test link box of size 450 x 100 x 100 mm with cover fabricated from 16SWG MS CRCA sheet with SMC Busbar support for GI strip & all required hardware all as required & instructed by E-I-C

Providing 1:2:4 PCC cube / concrete block of size 200 x200x200 mm required for installation of GI strip at Anushakti Bhavan terrace.

Earth excavation in hard rock/soft rock & breaking the existing drain wells & reinstallation:-

Removal of paver block / shahbaz stone / existing drain wells & refixing as per original to the entire of satisfaction of E.I.C.

Breaking /cutting of the existing tiles for installation of 25 x 6 mm GI strip and refinishing the same with white cement after installation of GI strip, etc. to the entire of satisfaction of E.I.C.

Fabrication, supply, installation of barriers at each floor with sutiable MS angle frame, chequered plates with sutiable cut outs for cables, with sutiable handles,panting with one coat of Red oxide and two coats of enamal paints, grouting in wall/fixing with sutiable anchor fastners etc. as instructed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, fixing & intallation of pre mixed & ready to use M/s. HILTI make firestop foam CP 620 in 300ml bottle for sealing openings in electrical shafts,cutouts &where ever required & as instructed by EIC.

Dismantling & remvoing of existing wires, lighting fixtures, panel's switchgears, DBs, ceiling fans, cables, M.S items, busbars, main LT panels(2nos.), main LT panel at substation etc. and depositing all these materials, except wires, siwtches and lighting fixtures. All other materials shall be deposited in DCSEM/TV store, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai including loading & unloading and transportation as instructed by EIC. Note:-1) Credit for takig away dismantled wires, old switches and old lighting fixtures items shall be included in quoted rate. 2) Dismantling shall be done in phase manner.
