Rubbing/ scratching complete old paint of 33/11KV power transformer of capacity 6.3 MVA, through cleaning with kerosene/thinner oil and providing two coats of metallic Grey paint including writing MES No on Transformer body with black paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for providing 20mm broken stone aggregate including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for out door end temination kit of heats shrinkable suitable for 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm HT 3 core 11000 volts XLPE cable type complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for complete servicing of VCB Capacity 400 to 600 Amps, 11 KV, 50 Hz, Model- JVAC No-Make : CG installed at 33 KV MRS by using required T & P including taking down old unserviceale spare parts of any nature and replace with new and making functional upto the satisfaction, working with all functions like OC, UV, EF, instant tripping on fault including testing with required instruments complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. The serviing covers the following :- (a) Through cleaning of breaker chamber (b) Lubrication of shutter mechanism/moving parts (c) Checking of shutter movement (d) Checking door interlocks with breaker (e) Checking of breaker interlocks with panel door

(f) Checking of breaker rack in/out inside the panel. (g) Coiling of closing and tripping coil (h) Checking of gear box operation. (n) Checking of damping device and setting. (o) Tightness, checking of power connection. (p) Checking of breaker ON/OFF operation manually and electrically. (q) Checking of closing timings. (r) Test result report also will be handover to Engr-in-Charge (s) The breaker shall be repaired through authorised dealer or representative of manufacturer only. Recommended authorised Rep by CG OEM or any other reputed firm recommended by manufacturer. (ii) The parts required will be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ as above.

M & L for overhauling of 33 KV Outdoor VCB -04 Nos and Indoor C&R - 02 Nos Breaker Model : IEC-62271-100, making capacity-62.5, current capacity -1250 Amp, Closing Coil - 24 VDC including 33 KV Equipment and Control Panel - 02 Nos Make : CG after removing the old worn out spare parts and replacing with the same make, assembling, erecting, connecting, testing and commissioning complete with undermentioned scope of work :- (i) Removal /Isolation of live conductor from the breakers. (ii) Removal of pole column from structure. (iii) Inspections and aligments of mechanism for proper operations.

(k) Checking of tripping mechanism operation. (l) Spring charging limit switches operation. (m) Checking of VCB interapted value healthiness of all three poles. (n) Checking of damping device and setting. (o) Tightness, checking of power connection. (p) Checking of breaker ON/OFF operation manually and electrically. (q) Checking of closing timings. (r) Test result report also will be handover to Engr-in-Charge (s) The breaker shall be repaired through authorised dealer or representative of manufacturer only. Recommended authorised Rep by CG OEM or any other reputed firm recommended by manufacturer. (ii) The parts required will be measured and paid under relevant items of BOQ as above.

M & L for replacement of unserviceable Fixed Contact suitable for Isolator 36 KV nominal voltage 33 KV having copper (ETP) material including moving blade made of copper (ETP) 706 of existing sample or latest technology including replacement of steel screws and washers of required size and fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old chain link fencing and applying two coats aluminium painting with angle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting for servicing of the Power Transformer of capacity 6.3 MVA, 33/11 KV installed at 33 KV Main Receiving Station of GE (AF) Jammu from HV/LV transmission line, control cables, conservator, bushing connections for testting including checking of transformer oil upto desired level in suitable capacity including testing complete yard. The following test are will be consider during service of transformers and test result report also will be handover to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing toughened glass with Gasket suitable for 33/11KV 6.3 MVA Kirloskar transformer's temperature gauge chamber as per existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Oil testing of Power Transformer from Govt approved laboratory as per relevant IS given and submitting the test report thereof. (IS 1866-1983 for oil in service) (a) Electric strength (BDV) with 4 mm gap) (b) Water content. (c) Specific resistance (Resistivity) at 90 degree centigrade. (d) Di-electric decipation factor (tan delta) at 90 degree centigrade. (e) Neutralization value (total acidity) (f) Interfacial tension at 27 degree centigrade. (g) Flash point (h) Sediment and/or sludge.

M&L for heating, filtration and dehydration of Transformer Oil of 33/11 KV 6.3 MVA Power transformer as per IS : 10028 (Part-III) 1981 Para 5.2 dehydration/filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of More than 60 KV at 4mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Any damage occurred to transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good by the contractor at his own expenses to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge.

(a) The cost of dehydration machine including T & P will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The contractor will arange electric supply to run the dehydration machine and cost of the same will be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (c) The contractor will give in writing in advance for Schedule of dehydration / repair of transformer in order to plan shut down. (d) The contractor will arrange labour, T & P and stores in a manner to restore the electric supply within stipulated time i.e maximum within 08 hours. (e) Dehydration and topping up of oil will be carried out in front of rep of deptt and necessary test report be submitted by the contractor.

Supply only new EHV, 60 KV grade Transformer Oil as per IS-335 for cleaning purpose during rectification work of 6.3 MVA, 33/11 KV Power Transformer Note- Old transformer oil reuse for servo stabilizers and distribution 11 KV transformers all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing and checking of Current / Potential Transformer / Lightening Arrester 11 and 33 KV including Comlete yard. (i) Checking of IR value with insulation tester of 5000 volts between phases to earth and between the phases with breaker open and close position and submitting the report. (ii) Operating timings closing/tripping with timer set and submitting the report. (iii) Gas pressure check through gas pressure gauge and submitting the report. (iv) Measuring of contact resistance with contact resistance meter (CRM) and submitting the report. (v) Checking of leakage of oil. (vi) Checking of IR value and submitting the report. (vii) Tightening of connections of control cables.

Supply and fixed Contact Assembly complete 33 KV 1250 Amp isolator switch (horizonal type) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Servicing and repairing of the battery bank with charger of standby supply from battery bank to all VCBs panel connection, 33/11 KV installed at 33 KV Main Receiving Station of GE (AF) Jammu, test result report also will be handover to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of silca gel for Transformers complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories of size 185 to 240 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed and Engr-in-Charge.

Silica Gel breather for main tank, type : HPO-C, Gel Capacity 3.3 Kgs complete with Assembly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Silica Gel Breather for OLTC, type : HPO-A, Gel Capacity 1 Kg complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Danmet Chemical spray (DC> 2-26 having container 415ml/300g for precision blended multipurpose product for prevents corrosion penetrates, lubricates, displaces and seals out moisture release rusted mechanism cleanse etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Taking out existing gravels/hardcore material from the bottom of substn/equipment completely for cleaning and spraying of anti grass chemical and screnning the hardcore material and refill the same at places complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note : Anti Grass chemical and loose filling of aggregate for topping up will be measured and paid separetly respective item of BOQ item No 2.

M&L for cleaning away all grass vegetation, scapling shrubs bushes under grouth roots and trees not exceding 30 cm grith and removing rubbish upto distance of 50 mtr out the periphery of area under cleaness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Painting of CT and PT plate covers with RYB coluor code and rusted portion of yard structure with two coat of super enamelled synthetic paint of smoke grey colour complete after preparing of old surface by scratching the old paint complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, testing and laying XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts (Earthed) grade of size 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as per Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, testing and laying XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts (Earthed) grade of size 240 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, testing and laying XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts (Earthed) grade of size 95 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exc 1.5 m wide and depth exc not exc 1.5 m for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n. exc 10 Sqm on plan and depth not exc 1.5 m and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in soil inculding spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, provided with 8 cm thick layer before laying the cable and 15 cm thick layer after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M& L for one layer of un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV Type I,flat,size 300 x 180 x 40 mm laid flat in trenches over the cable with length of cover perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent/abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F GI tubing Medium grade 80mm dia along the wall/in trenches/in duct/in culvert/road crossing and including provisioning of suitable mild steel flat iron clamps and bolts, nuts and double washers etc for holding of GI pipe alongwith poles including taking out old broken Gi pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
