Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard and dense soil complete all as specified.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/dense Soil

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. not .exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil.

Rolling and consolidation formation surfaces in cutting using power roller exceeding 8 tone and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 150 mm spread thickness granular sub base (GSB) with gravel or shingle spread, levelled and rammed including watering and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber in two layers of 75 mm thick each complete.

M&L for bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidatd thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 grade rolled and compacted to requied camber and gradient complete to a unifom surface including Preparing unsurfaced WBM/WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fannning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with ituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm complete including M&L for 150mm thick (compacted thicknesss) WBM/WMM, in two layers with stone coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50mm to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) , copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including form work as directed and complete all as specified.

M&L for stone sett flooring with stone setts of size 200 to 250 mm long, 150 to 200 mm wide and 150 mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, 25 mm thick screed , Joints 20 mm thick grouted in cement sand mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush over 150 mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B- 2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor , sub base complete. Note : Mettalic floor hardener will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Metallic floor hardener all as specified and directed.

M&L for edge stones to flooring with stone setts of size 250 to 300mm long x l50 to 200mm wide, and 450mm deep and sides dressed; bedded in cement mortar 1:3, 25 mm thick screed , Joints 20 mm thick grouted in cement sand mortar 1:2 with an admixture of metallic floor hardner 5% by weight of cement and struck flush complete.

Removing of surplus excavated material/ soil n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 m aove the starting point complete all as specified

M&L for providing 2.5mm thick road marking paint strips 100 mm wide (reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters and profile shoe, heater, driven by skilled operator on road surface including cost of materials, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign materials etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and strictly in accordance to applicable specifications.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed
