SPECIAL REPAIRS TO FLOORING AND FALSE CEILING AT HAWA MAHAL AND OFFICERS DINNING HALL AT INHS ASVINI

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling of any type or description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F of High strength digital vitrified tiles in floors and skirting of size 200 x 1200 x 10mm thick in matt wood finish type/pattern set and jointed in neat cement slurry including 20mm thick Screed bed of CM (1:4) and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The wooden colour pattern of tiles will be approved by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of old wall and ceiling board ( fibre, pulp, PVC, insulation etc) any thickness including frame work complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F ACP sheet false ceiling minimum 5mm thick including suitable powder coated aluminium grid frame work with ceiling cleats/angle brackets including 4mm dia GI wire suspended from the soffit at 1220 mm entres (upto 1200 mm length maximum) fixed to ceiling by means of steel expansion fasteners 10 mm dia complete as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) The work is prestigious therefore contractore is deemed to visit site prior quoting the tender. (ii) The pattern/colour/design and size of ACP sheets will be approved by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparing old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of primer complete all as specified by Engr-in charge.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work/stone work or concrete work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces on walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of Primer, complete all as specified by Engr-in charge.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with 1100 volts grade PVC insulated FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm (Phase - Red, Neutral - Black) and earth continuity conductor 1.5 sqmm (Green) drawn into and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade not less than 20 mm dia ISI marked ivory colour with all conduit fittings / fixing accessories and S&F PVC modular metal flush box with modular white cover plate suitable for terminated in modular sunken boxes for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators as required . (Note-1. The cost of cutting chases in stone /brick masonary and making good disturbed surfaces using CM 1:3 shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of the concealed wiring for the following:-

One light point controlled by one way switch.

One bell/buzzer point controlled by one bell switch on the same board or independent board with other switches.

One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps on the same board with other switches.

One 3 pin socket outlet, 5 Amps on the Independent board.

All as per item No 10.00 above but with 4.0 sqmm cable for one 3 pin socket outlet 15 Amps on the independent board.

M & L in replacement of modular bell switch 6Amp, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of modular switch, 1 way 6 Amp, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of modular socket 6Amp, 2/3 pin, combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of modular socket 6A/16A, 2/3 pin combined 2 module complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of modular switch, 1 way 16 Amp, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in replacement of buzzer, ding dong, AC, 230V single pole complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug industrial socket 5 pin 20-32 Amps compleate working on 240V, 50HZ , AC supply, including fixing on SPN MCB 20-32 Amps current carring capacity complete with the connection testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of MCB Triple Pole Neutral sheet metal enclosure, double door DB 4 Way (4+12) with 200 Amps rated bus bar for each phase, 415 volts, complete with din rail, Neutral and Earthing bar after taking out the old unserviceable DBs, connection complete and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of 415 Volts, 10 KA, "C" curve minature circuit breaker (MCB) of TPN 40 to100 Amp current carring capacity in the DB complete with the connection testing and commisioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of 240 Volts, 10 KA, "C" curve minature circuit breaker (MCB) of SP upto 32 Amp current carring capacity in the MCB DB complete with the connection testing and commisioning, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LED luminaire squre recessed mounted downlight with power coted die cast housing and diffuser for low glare illumination housing 6 watt, 220 V, AC , CCT 6500K surface/recessed type with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp suitable for roof ceiling including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper conductor cables of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing replacement of Exhaust fan, Heavy duty, steel body AC single phase, 230volts, 50Hz of size 450mm sweep (18") with blades, frames and louvers including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable for suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Old Exhaust fan handed over to MES Stores.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized iron earth plate electrode 600 x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.6 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts check nuts galvanized iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including of MES sch pt I testing on completion with & incl. 15 mm bore light grade GI protection pipe 7.5 mtr long for earth lead, PCC (1:3:6) pit with pre cast RCC (1:2:4) cover watering arrangement with funnel, wire mesh 20 mm bore light grade GI pipe, common salt & char coal fixing necessary excavation earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified.
