Reamoval of unsuitable soil including excavation loading and disposal up to 1000M lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embanament sub grade replacement by suitable soil wich shall be paid separtely as per clause 303.5.2 as per technical specification clause 302.3.11

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 305.1 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 150 mm and disposal of scarified material with a lift upto 3 m and lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.4.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) complete as per HP.PWD specifications.

Surface Drain in Soil Construction of unlined surface drain of average cross-section area 0.40 sqm in soil to specified lines grades levels and dimensions Excavated materials to be used in embankment with a lift upto 3m and lead of 50m (avarage lead 25m ) .as per Technical Specification Clause 307 ( A) Manual Means

Providing and applying priming coat with Bitumen emulsion ( SS- 1 ) on prepaired surface of granular base including cleaning og road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg /sqm. using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam 50mm with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.50 percent of mix and filler , transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alingment , rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers to achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. 507 complete in all respects.
