Providing laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to IS 1239/3589 including fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. in ground including welding, excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with coaltar/asphalt tape as per IS 10221, refilling the trench etc. of following sizes complete as required. a) 150 mm dia.

b) 100 mm dia.

c) 80 mm dia.

Providing, laying, testing & commissioning of 'C' class heavy duty MS pipe conforming to IS 3589/IS 1239 including Welding, fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. and fixing the pipe on the wall/ceiling with suitable clamp/support frame and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade complete as required : a) 200 mm dia.

b) 150 mm dia.

c) 100 mm dia.

d 80 mm dia.

Supplying and fixing single headed internal hydrant valve with instantaneous Stainless Steel coupling of 63 mm dia with cast iron wheel ISI marked conforming to IS 5290 (Type -A) with Stainless Steel cap and chain as required: Single Headed Stainless Steel (Grade 304)

Supplying and fixing 63 mm dia, 15 mtr. long RRL hose pipe with 63 mm dia. male and female couplings duly bound with GI wire, rivets etc. conforming to IS 636 (type-A) as required: Stainless Steel (Grade 304)

SITC of stainless steel suction coupling for Fire Brigade drawl of water from fire tank of 100 mm dia.

Design, Manufacturing, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a digitally controlled oil cooled 250 KVA 3Ph copper wound wire servo automatic voltage stabilizer with input range of phase to neutral 150-240V. It should have “A” class insulation, degree of protection IP 54, winding and wiring material-copper EC grade (99.9% pure), transformer oil ISI-335 marked and conforming to IS-9815, ISO 9001-20015 to operate on unbalanced input voltage of 415+1% volts, 3 phase 50+3% cycles/second frequency, duly painted with providing and filling of transformer oil and with foundation of servo. The job also includes interconnection of servo stabilizer to the control panel with the 3.5 core aluminium armoured cable of suitable size.

Diesel Driven Pump Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of diesel engine driven main fire pump suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following, complete in all respects, as required : Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal pump of cast of iron body and bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal conforming to IS 1520 with Suitable HP, 1500 RPM water cooled with radiator, diesel engine conforming to relevant IS standard complete with auto starting mechanism, 12 /24 volts electric starting equipment, diesel tank, exhaust pipe extended upto 10 m outside pump house duly insulated with 50 mm thick glass wool with 1.0 mm thick aluminum sheet cladding, residential silencer, instruments and protection as per standard specification, stop solenoid for auto stop in the event of fault with audio indications, painted with post office red colour etc. as required. Jockey Pump Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of electric driven pressurization pump suitable for automatic operation and consisting of following, complete in all respects, as required : (Jockey Pump) Horizontal type, multistage, centrifugal pump of cast iron body and bronze impeller with stainless steel shaft, mechanical seal conforming to IS : 1520. Suitable HP squirrel cage induction motor TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply with IP 55 class of protection for enclosure, horizontal foot mounted type with Class-'F' insulation, conforming to IS : 325. Providing and fixing Weather proof hose cabinets for yard hydrant fabricated from 16 g MS sheet with full glass door and locking arrangement, suitable to accommodate one hydrant valve, 2 nos.15m long hose, 1 No branch pipe and one fireman's axe. The cabinet shall be painted with one coat of primer and finished stove enameled "Fire Red", "Fire Hose" written on front including suitably mounted on a raised masonry platform as required.

Supplying and fixing air vessel made of 250 mm dia, 8 mm thick MS sheet, 1200 mm in height with air release valve on top and flanged connection to riser, drain arrangement with 25 mm dia gun metal wheel valve with required accessories, pressure gauge and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade as required.

Supplying & laying of 4 core 10 sq mm Aluminum armoured cable from motor to electrical panel for automation of the system.

Providing and fitting of Polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet and outlet pipes including overflow pipes having capacity of 10,000 ltr without fittings and base support..

Cost of fittings for interconnection of water supply system along with laying of suitable cement concrete foundation of at least 6” BGL and 9” AGL in the ratio of 1:5:10 (BGL) and 1:2:4 (AGL) for placing the water storage tank.

Erection of CGI Shed of size 15’x12’x10’ (approx.) for housing Pumping Machinery by way of Providing and fixing of 0.50 mm pre profiled colour coated corrugated sheets to laid over frame work of trusses, columns, purlins and side rolling using hot dipped zinc coating self drilling hexagonal washers, fasteners etc. The job includes PCC base frame for floor, foundations and pipe from outlet of main tank to pump room, earthwork, cutting of bushes, including electrical fitting of complete room.
