S&F for snap grid ceiling with E- bord(decorative) ceiling tiles of 600x600mm and 4mm thick incl aluminium alloy anodised at edges 25x25x1.5mm and tee section 38x38x1.5mm at other then edges both ways fixed with 4mm dia GI wire.

Roughening of surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dusts etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab of size 550x550mm and 18 to 20 mm thick as in flooring, laid over cement screed base 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing, including pattern work with 150mm wide white marble strips complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

All as per item No 16 above but laid/fixed over in vertical surface over and incl and provision of 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) back coat Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only exhaust fan motor capacity 1/4 HP 230 volts suitable for 250 mm size exhaust fan complete all as directed.

Refixing of Ceiling fan / exhaust fan/ fresh air/ Wall mounted fan including taking down after necessary repairs/ replacement of unserviceable/ wornout part and testing the same as per entire satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge complete all as specified and directed.
