Supply and fixing for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain sheet steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, embedded in concrete including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, standing for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc, confirming to quality ‘A’ Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of timber scantling 40 sq.cm and over in section in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber in fillets, rails, posts, rafters, purling, etc. under 40 sq. cm in section complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ceiling boards of any description and at any position (fiber, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness, including cover fillets and grid frame work all as complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix anodized aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling of grid size 605mm x 605mm with size of main tee 30mm x 25mm x 1.5mm and cross tee 25mm x 25mm x 1.5mm and supporting angles at the ends all along the wall 40mm x 25mm x 2mm complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI hangers of 6mm dia (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to iron frame work by making holes for holding GI wire or fixed by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40mm x 3mm size, 60mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 6mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old ceiling boarding of any description, fixed in any position with screw and re-fixed in flat or sloping same building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for walling laterite of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note: The rate considered is for laterite stone only as per section 6 stone masonry para 6.24 of SSR 2020 (Part-II)

Extra over laterite stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of squared rubble masonary regular coursed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on external surfaces such as stone masonry surfaces mixed with using water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair face of stone masonry surfaces with cement mortar 1:6, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior paint over a coat of weather proof acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper white or tinted over a coat of chalk whiting as preparatory to distemper including preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by complete removal of existing treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantlig/ taking out existing hessain base felt or any other water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing top surface of RCC slab complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of roof surface by throughly wire brushed, washed, dried up, cleaned of all the foreign matter and dust, and applying bitumenous primer @ 250 gms/sqm, and then laying 3mm thick APP modified bituminous membrane with non woven polyester matt as reinforcement weighting not less than 3.5Kg per sqm, laid on primed surface with torch application method by providing overlap minimum 100mm on logitudinal and 150mm on transerve direction,and finishing the surface with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 100 grams per sqm with preparation of treated surfaces, all angles and similar projections should be sealed well with extra care to ensure full bondage, all joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200ml/bag of cement.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick plaster on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:3, for roof surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for priming coat and applying normal treatment using glass fibre base bitumen felt, grade 2 complete all as specified and as directed.
