Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m,as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All kinds of soil

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all level:

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Providing and fixing of 18mm thick commercial plywood of approved brand and manufacturing having both sides plain lining with necessary screws / nails including priming coat on un exposed surface all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of colour to give an even shade :

One or more coats on old work

Labour charges for dismantling and dis-membering of BTS prefabricated shelter of size 3.15 x 2.15x 2.65 metre made of PU foam wall, floor and roof pannels, roofing sheets, flooring ply sheet, antistatic sheet, door, MS I-section etc carefully including sorting out of shelter members, fixtures and fittings of door like hinges , latch lock etc properly all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The small articles obtained from dismantling shall be packed in a wooden box to be arranged by the working agency. The rate is inclusive of above operation and nothing etc. shall be paid to the agency.

Loading , unloading and transportation of all the BTS prefabricated shelter materials obtained fom dismantling under Item no. 1 above by way of mechanical transportion from BSNL site Jaganoo to BTS site at Chenani

Lead up to 40 Km (Motorable road point)

Manual Carriage of dismantled prefabricated BTS shelter parts such as PU foam wall, floor and roof pannels, roofing sheets, antistatic sheet, door, MS I-sections etc upto head load lead of approx. 250 metres including handling and stacking the material safely to avoid any damage all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Welding I-sections (02 nos ) with M.S base plates jointing through cleats angles all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-installation of BTS prefabricated shelter of size 3.15 x 2.15x 2.65 metre including refixing of available material such as G.I Angles,flats, Pannelling of walls, roofing , flooring base i/c available Two nos of MS "I" section, Anchors of fastneners, cleats etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of providing and fixing of jointing material such as silicon sealant and rivets, re-pasting of PVC antistatic sheet over the wooden commercial ply using necessary screws, nails, nuts & Bolts, rivets both at horizontal as well as vertical joints including corner joints all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (Nothing shall be paid under this item other than Wooden commercial ply.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick commercial ply plain lining on both sides of approved brand and manufacturer with necessary screws / nails including priming coat on un exposed surface all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
