Dismantling brick or stone masonary in lime or cement mortar under 3 mtr height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m lead.

Fly ash bricks 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size in cement mortar (1:6) per Cum including cost, conveyance of material, labour, T & P etc. complete.In Superstructre

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brickwork with cost of all materials and labour etc.

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brickwork with cost of all materials and labour etc.

Providing and Painting wall Surface one coat with wall Primer to give an even shed before applying distemper including cost of Primer , labour, T&P all comp.

Finishing wall surface (Outside) with any approved weather coat with all cost,conveyance,taxes, cess with all labour and T&P etc. complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of in hard soil including dressing and leveling the bed fit for laying concrete and deposited the excavated materials away from work site etc complete.

Filling Foundation & Plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost of sand, conveyance of material, labour, T & P etc. complete.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4cm size hard granite metal including cost, conveyance of material, labour, T & P etc. complete.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) stone chips including hoisting and laying in Column Footing. Foundation & footing of column
