Earthwork in all kinds of soil excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cable etc. (not exceeding 1.5 in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5 Mtr including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 Mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate) 40mm nominal size crushed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns.

Steel work welded in built-up sections/framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar work.

Writing name of chenab valley power project (P) Ltd. Logo with radius paint as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (600 x 400mm).

Washing cement concrete / plaster surface with detergent to remove all dirt dust properly and keeping the surface clean including the cost of detergent, cloth, scubber etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to kerb stones by way of plaster concrete, bricks of broken edges of dividers including cost of labour and material (Complete job).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm, of approved brand and manufacture, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thin able cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give and even shade two or more coats on new work.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade (two or more coats) on new steel work.

Carriage of material by Mechanical Transport including loading / unloading and stacking at site complete.

Stone agg.below 40mm size for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.

Sand for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.

Disposal of excavated earth for an avg. lead of 10 Kms.
