MAKE: CUMMINS TYPE - 6CTA-8.3-D (M) SERIAL NO - 25784245,25784246, 25784253 SPECIFICATION – 133 KW 2 NOS, 80 KW 1NOS RPM-1500 MOTORPAL PP6M10U11 UV 0052 CIL P.NO 5263869 HDS is cranking but not starting fuel pump not able to supply fuel to injector need to service and calibrate as per OEM specification. TRANSFORMER RECTIFICATION UNIT

18 no's emergency batteries not getting charged, batteries drained to low voltage, controller unit defective to be rectified. Including cost of all materials, labour charges, GST etc., complete.

Minor Electrical work

1. Fuel Transfer Pump (engine room) Fuel transfer pump is not tripping of when pressing its emergency stop button. Electrical line has to be checked and to rectify. 2. Ventilation Blower(Engine room) While initiating CO2 alarm engine room ventilation blower is stopped but not tripping and it automatically starting after CO2 alarm goes off. Fuel transfer pump is not tripping when initiating CO2 alarm. Electrical line has to be checked and to rectify. 3. Steering rudder Propeller (E/R SRP Room). SRP, STBD unit DC power fluctuating after change over to shore supply. Electrical line has to be checked and to rectify. 4. Earth Fault (24V, 230V, 415V) Earth fault is high when wheel house wiper, A/C compressor, No. 2 Hot Plate and shore supply are in operation. Electrical line has to be checked and to rectify. GRAVITY TANK STBD

Low level alarm is indicating even after the oil up to the mark, whole sensor unit rusted (01) number need to be replaced. Including cost of all materials, labour charges, GST etc., complete.

AHU (Main Deck) & AC Unit (01)

1. Main supply air tank damaged due to rusting, Flap struck in open position, complete supply tank line to be fabricated. 2. Thermostatic Expansion valve not working need to be replaced with new one. 3. Gas leaking from various valves and joints of AC compressor No 1 need to be thoroughly checked replace of defective parts and to rectify. Full system has to be completely flush out. Including cost of all materials, labour charges, GST etc., complete.

Main SEA CHEST STRAINER (Engine Room)

Both strainer damaged, have to be replace it with mild steel and supply 02 nos for Standby. Including cost of all materials, labour charges, GST etc., complete.

DECK DEFECT

1st Deck FWD of wheel house fire line pressure gauge(0l No) not working need to be renewed as per sample. Including cost of all materials, labour charges, GST etc., complete.

FIRE HYDRANT 4 NO's Fire Hydrant & 04 No s Fire Nozzles Rubber gasket hardened same to be renewed. Including cost of all materials, labour charges, GST etc., complete.

Barometer to be calibrated and certificate to be provided. Including cost of all materials, labour charges, GST etc., complete.

Monkey Deck/ Standard Magnetic Compass Compass to be swung and adjusted and new deviation card to be provided. Including cost of all materials, labour charges, GST etc., complete.

Bridge Banwas Non ops in AC power indicating malfunction in front panel. Defect to be rectified and made operational on both AC and DC power. Including cost of all materials, labour charges, GST etc., complete.

Wheel house, ship office / Intercom auto telephone system. Inter telephone in wheel house AFT console, Ship office non ops, Noise disturbance experienced while using gallery telephone. Bridge/ Magnetic compass AC bulb fused same to be replaced with new one. (06 Nos) (Screw Type) 260V / 40W /RIVA. Including cost of all materials, labour charges, GST etc., complete.
