SH: Repairs to Building

Providing manual assistance for maintenance work of day to day maintenance for trades: (Note: For this items the contractor will provide one skilled / semi-skilled (as required) person of the respective trade alongwith all T & P and helper/un-skilled person (if required). The minimum time shall be reckoned as 1/2 day of the time required for doing the job is less than even the 1/2 day.) Payment of Helper/un-skilled shall be made separately .

Cleaning of silt saplings, fungi, dust etc. including disposal to outside compound to an authorized municipal dump and washing tank with bleaching powder using @ 150 gms. of bleaching powder for every 1000 litre tank and keeping it in the tank at least for three hours before flushing clean.
