Construction of Granular Sub Base by providing Well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader/Tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC and compacting with Smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical Specification Clouse 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.G-II

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting Stone aggregates of specific sizes to Water Bound Macadam (WBM-G-III) specification incl spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing , rolling with three wheel 80-100kN static roller in stage to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming , crushable screening to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting tothe required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. G-III

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS -1)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg per sqm using mechanical means AS PER Technical Specification Clause 502 but excluding GST.

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) using bitumen pressure distributor @ 0.35 kg. per Sqm. On the prepaired dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydaulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 but excluding GST.

Providing,laying and rolling of open graded P.C. of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates eigher using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previouslyprepared base i/c mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheeld 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and gredes to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508 but excluding GST.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type B as per Technical Specification Clause 510 but excluding GST.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.As per Reference to MORD Serial no.8.13 & Specifications 803.

Brick edging on both sides of the road of first class (M-150) brick on edge laid with mud mortar including labour and supply of bricks finished to the required templete and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(S.I.
