Concreting the floor at NRB bus entries and NRB store material stacking area

Earthwork excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) or manual means for foundation, substructures, plinth beam, cess pits & trenches, all kinds of foundation etc., in all types of soil like hard gravelly soil, sandy soil for the following depth from average ground level upto the required founding level, lines and grades in both dry and wet conditions including shoring, strutting, bailing out of water if necessary, levelling and ramming the bottom of trenches, dressing of sides, stacking the excavated material away from the edge of trenches, refilling the sides of foundation as required with selected excavated earth and depositing/ disposing the surplus excavated earth (Disposal soil to be leveled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed and levelled) within lead specified below all complete as per specification and as directed by the EIC. All kinds of soil with depth upto 1.5m below average ground level and disposing surplus excavated earth upto a lead of 50metres.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc, encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as per specifications.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm maximum size graded aggregates and crushed stone sand including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling course in foundation for walls, footing floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works directed by Engineer in charge all as per specification.

Providing and laying cast insitu reinforced cement concrete of M30 Grade of specified grade at all levels and lifts mentioned below using 20mm maximum size hard granite machine crushed graded stone aggregates including weight batching, charges for mixing & cost of admixture, mechanical mixing transporting and placing at all lifts, vibrating consolidating, curing and finishing smooth of all exposed laces complete for column footings, columns, lintels, sunshades, gutter slabs, beams, slabs, water tank, machine foundation and all other structural elements including dewatering wherever necessary (Formwork and reinforcement will be paid separately) all as per specification and shown in drawings and as directed by EIC for all insitu item. Note: The rate shall be quoted on the basis of use of 370kg of cement per Cubic metre of concrete. Note: - 1. The rate of concrete shall include all labour, equipment, charges for mixing & cost of admixture. chemical admixture conforming to IS 9103 shall be mixed in fresh concrete and prior permission from EIC be obtained for dosage and compatibility. 2. Test certificate of cement, procured from dealer/company to be submitted for all cement related works by the contractor. 3. The rate shall be quoted on the basis of using minimum cement per cu.m of concrete mentioned below for relevant grade of concrete. Any upward/downward variation required to obtain the specified strength will be paid for or deducted at the rate of cement specified in schedule F. (M30 grade with 370Kg. of cement per cu.m of concrete for all floors).

Dismantling brick work in cement mortar at all levels by manually / by mechanical means, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials with 50m lead all as per specification and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling plain cement concrete by manual by mechanical means at all levels, carefully without damaging adjacent structures including disposal of debris with 50m lead, labour, tools required etc., complete in all respects as per specifications and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and constructing Brick work at all lift with well burnt stock bricks using C.M 1:6 using crushed stone sand at all level including all tools, scaffolding, racking out joints, curing complete all as per drawings, specification and as direction of Engineer-in-charge. (For basement and Ground Floor)

Providing Plastering to the external surfaces of Brick work/concrete at all elevations in C.M 1:5, 15mm thick in two coats including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tools, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary complete all as per specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing, straightening, decoiling wherever necessary bending, cutting, binding and fixing in position Steel reinforcement TMT bars of Fe500D grade steel conforming to IS:1786 'Sail or VIZAG or approved equivalent make' and tying with approved annealed binding wire of 1.6mm dia. in all reinforcement cement concrete work at all lifts, including cost of supplying and fixing the spacer/cover blocks in cement mortar 1:2 and binding wire complete all as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge at all lifts. Note: the rate shall be including the cost of reinforcement steel. The reinforcement steel will be procured from dealers with a test certificate as approved by the department. for further details please see clause 11 of section viii. Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position at all levels, centering and shuttering to correct line and levels including strutting, propping, etc., with necessary bracings in all axes to give a stable assembly with provision for making the joints in the shuttering fully leak proof and with provision for fixing coil nuts with tie rods along with suitable channel for lateral supports and for inserts, projecting dowels, anchor bolts or any other fixture, including staging, access and working platform etc., all complete as specified and directed including dismantling and removing the aforesaid assembly after the concrete attain the sufficient strength to self-support itself without cracking and distortion all as per specification, including all material and labour complete in all respects at all lifts. The measurement for the formwork will be the actual area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Shuttering with plywood panels alone will be permitted.
