Dismantling of all working equipments like as HV, LV winding machines, HV covering machine & 2 nos Oven with foundation and safe carriage at suitable place

Dismentling work of old & damaged building & damaged old shed.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam Clary or Sand) including lift upto 1.5m and lead upto 30m and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of the foundation work.

Sand filling in plinth including supply of necessary quantiy of local sand from outside the UPPCL premises including watering, dressing etc. Rate to include cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Concrete with 4cm gauge Ist class brick ballast (Class 150), coarse sand (F.M 1.8 to 2.5) and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundations and under floors including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion.

RCC wrok with cement, approved coarse sand and 2 cm gauge graded approved hard stone ballast like granite, quartzite etc from Dalla, Jhansi or other quarries in Proportion 1:1:5:3 in lighter beams i.e. having span upto 6m, excluding supply of reinforcement & its bending but including its fixing and binding the same with binding wire, including cost of all other materials labour and T & P.

TMT/Tor steel in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforecd brick work (when not included in an over all rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completeion of the wrok and including supply of steel its wastage, bend, hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured. (Steel shall be arranged by the contractor).

Anchor Bolt Supply & Fixing complete (Anchor bolt 300 mm long, 16 mm dia).

Fabrication of Iron steel pillars by ISMB 200 and 100:100 mm square size pipe with M.S. plate on both and by cutting & welding and built up holes revetiing or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor (Plate + ISMB 200+square pipe).

Eraction work.

Fabrication & Erection of M.S trusses by Square pipe/angle of diffrent size for built up, roof wrok etc. wrought to required form including holes revetiing or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position ans alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor.

Roofing by Profile sheet by providing & fixing pre coated galvanised iron profile sheets of thickness 0.5 mmas per I.S277.

Ridge with size 0.6 mtr. width and 0.5 mm thikness.

First Calss brick (Class-150) work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand (F.M. 1.8 to 2.5) mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour & T & P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Ist class brick (Class 150) wrok in 1;6 cement & coarse sand (FM 1.8 to 2.50) mortar but in supper structure but for wall of one brick thick including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work.

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 with cement mortar on rough surface of brick walls consisting of 1 part cement 6 part approved coarse sand inclulding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Applying Birla or equivalent putty on new interior or exterior surface over one coat of water based cement primer of ICI or eequivalent brand for smoothening and levelling of the surface as per requirement and direction of engineerI/C including cost of all material, labour, T&P etc requried for proper completion of work.

Painting or varnishing of enterier walls with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.

Painting Two coat with APEX or equivalent brand weather coat paint on New wall Surfaces (well prpared with putty and one coat of primer ICI or equivalent which shall be paid separately) including T&P requried for proper completion of wrok at outer area.

Rough plaster.12 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 with cement mortar on rough surface of brick walls consisting of 1 part cement 6 part approved coarse sand inclulding supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting of ISMB, iron pipes, truss and other iron structures with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and two coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.

Supply & fixing of approved quality Wall Fan with Fitting including cost of all material, labour & T&P etc. for proper work completion.

Wiring point for plug with 1.5 sq. mm. FR, PVC insulated multistrand single core core copper coductor cable in P.V.C condult concealed in the wall complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuilty wire, piano type switch and socket etc.complete in all respects including matching color wash.

Plug Point 16Amp.

Wiring point for light with 1.5 sq.mm. FR PVC insultated multistrand single core copper conductor cable in P.V.C. conduit pipe concealed in the wall, complete with 14 SWG copper earth continuilty wire, plano type switch & ceilling rose/angle/button holder on 3mm thick phenolic laminated Backelite-sheet etc. complete in all respects, as directed including matching color wash.

Wiring point for exhaust fan/power plug in PVC conduit with 1.5 sq.mm. FR insulated multistrand copper conductor cable as earthwrie dran inside the conduit.

Supply and wiring of submain with two number 1.5 sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated 1100V grade multistand single core copper conductor cable in 20mm dia. Heavy duty (2mm thick) PVC conduit with one number 1.5 sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 V grade multistrand copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire drawn inside the conduit.

Supply and wiring of sub main with two number 2.5 sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated 1100V grade multistand single core copper conductor cable in 20mm dia. Heavy duty (2mm thick) PVC conduit with one number 2.5 sq.mm. FRLSH PVC insulated 1100 V grade multistrand copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire drawn inside the conduit.

Safe Shifting & Re installation of all HV/LV machines, 2 no. ovens in newly constructed shed.

Supply & Fixing of LED Street light fitting having die cast aluminum body and diffuser with driver set suitable for 45 Watt to 50 Watt. Confirming to IP 66 and above protection complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of 6 Amp. To 32 amp MCB (10 KV) C Curve.

Supply & fixing of 63 Amp. T.P. lsolator.

Supply & fixing of 63 Amp. S.P. lsolator.

Making grooves 12mm. By 50mm. And filling of grooves by bitumin and sand mix.

Trimax Machine work with labour but excluding RCC work.
