Providing and fixing 150F/200F flush panel,(pre-coated steel) False Ceiling made of Cold rolled steel sheet conforming to IS 513, having minimum yield stress and tensile stress as 240 Mpa and 300 Mpa respectively. Base metal thickness for ceiling panel and Carri ers shall be 0.45mm and 0.55mm respectively. The steel surface shall have hot dip metallic coated with Zinc coating (galvanizing) as per IS277, with total mass of coating on both sides shall be 120 gms/sqm. The carrier will be joined with carrier splices maintaining a module of 150 mm. The spans shall not exceed as recommended and manufacturer recommendations shall be followed on installation procedure.

Supply and fixing Pressure Vacuum Valves of 2 inches for fixing to the Vent Pipes of Underground MS tanks. The valve should be in cl osed position at normal operating pressure of the tank. The Valve shall be capable for activation at set pressure of 3" ± 0.5 water column to release excess pressure of tank to the atmosphere and open at vacuum of 8" ± 2.0 water column to induce the atmosphere pre ssure to the tank. PV valve should be diaphragm of dead weight or spring loaded type or combination of any. The weight of the PV va lve shall not exceed 2.0 kg. top of the valve shall be provided with cover/cap/ weather hood to prevent the entry of rain water. INSTALLATION OF THE SUPPLIED LIGHT POLES
i) Erection, Installation and commissioning of company supplied yard light poles including grouting in C.C. & painting, internal wi ring, etc complete as per direction of Engineer In-charge (Civil job is included but painting shall be paid separately).
Supply and fixing of 100 W LED (Light Emitting Diode) light fixture with fittings and accessories for Yard lighting purpose having I P66 protection class with Pressure Die Cast LM6/ADC12/LM24 housing and with toughened glass or UV stabilized polycarbonate cover typ e of approved make or equivalent as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The LED driver shall have an in-built high voltage cutoff > = 290 V with power factor of complete fitting greater than 0.90. CCT (Correlated Colour temperature) shall be in the range of 5665 K +/- 355 K as per ANSI standard C78.377, CRI (Colour rendering index) should include all colour range from R1 to R15 and > 70 for ou tdoor luminaire. LED efficacy shall be greater than 140 lumens/watt @ 350mA drive current. The minimum system lumen efficacy of the luminaire shall be 100 Lumens per Watt. The Surge Protection Device (SPD) should be series type with fail safe, surge protection for minimum 3kV shall be provided. Supply of complete fitting with all accessories as per specification attached and as per direction o f engineer in charge. Each lot of fittings shall accompany test certificates LM79/ IS:16106 and reference/ batch nos of LEDs and fit tings for verification at site. The supply of LED lighting shall be covered by a warranty of minimum 60 months from the date of supp ly of the lighting and the LED light fitting shall be complete in all respects including LED, LED Driver, Electronic circuitory, Lum inaire etc.

CCT(Correlated Colour temperature) shall be 5700 Kel vin (5665 K +/- 355 K), CRI (Colour rendering index) not less than 65. LED efficacy should be minimum 100 lumens/watt. The driver sh all be of constant volt & constant current type with internal surge protection. Each lot of Fittings shall have serial numbers and a ccompany LM79 / IS 16106 test reports and reference/batch nos of LEDs and fittings for verification at site. The supply of LED light ing shall be covered by a warranty of at least 72 months from the date of supply of the lighting and the LED light fitting shall be complete in all respects including LED, LED Driver, Electronic circuitory, Luminarie etc.

Dismantling of existing Retail Outlet main Electrical Panel by disconnecting all the incoming cables/earth strips etc & keeping inta ct all the existing panel switches/meters/changeovers/ MCBs /ESD etc including internal wirings with the Bus Bar for reutilisation a t another location within existing Retail Outlet or any alternate Retail Outlet.
Supply and Installation of 16 SWG MS/GI powder coated weather proof Earthing Box of following size with door and locking arrangement with lock and key. Box to be mounted on ISA 40x40x5 (Painted with black synthetic enamel paint) frame having 2 legs of length 800 m m (500 mm above ground and 300 mm below ground which is to be grouted with PCC 1:2:4). Bottom of box should have opening for incomin g earth GI strips all complete, as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note: EARTHING BOX in RED should be boldly written over the box. The box should have a hood at the top extending outwards such that no water should seep through inside the bo x during rainy season to avoid rusting.
