Taking down cement plaster of any description on stone /brick wall including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removing debris complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish to a distance exc 250 m but n. exc 1000m, spreading and levelling, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4.0 sqm each, with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm (10+5) thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 in two layers i.e first layer 10 mm thick and 5 mm thick outer layer mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instruction and finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid under relevant item of Schedule.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, priming the surface with alkali resistant priming paint, applying 1mm thick wall care putty and distempering with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorative wall surfaces, ceiling cornices etc by brooming, scrapping down dust particle, smoke soot, moulds, moss and efforescent salts etc, making surface smooth by applying ready mix putty where ever required and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for washing rubbing down and stopping of any type of distempered wall surfaces, preparation of the surface, applying 1 mm thick wall care putty wherever required and applying two coats of oil bound distemper of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for scrapping down old plastered wall/ceiling surfaces by rubbing with sand paper, preparation of the surface, applying 3 mm thick wall care putty to make the surface even and smooth and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C2, 75mm thick using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ taking down existing hessain base felt or clay tiles or any other existing water proofing treatment from roof/ chajja including cement plaster, cleaning the surface and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 1.50 km but not exc 5 km to outside the MD land and laying water proofing membrane treatment using 4mm thick APP modified membrane consisting five layer membranes, weighing not less than 4.00kg/sqm laid over a coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.40 kg/sqm by torching the membrane and sealing the overlap by 100mm length side and 150mm width side all as per manufacturer's instructions including joints and changes in direction be curved with 10mm thick cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR latex @ 2.00ml/bag of cement, curved well before laying of membrane, including applying two coats of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.10 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Irrespective of lap, the net covered area will only be measured for payment. (ii) Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of bituminous primer, APP membrane, solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint and SBR latex.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of wooden sports flooring conforming to following specifications and conditions complete all as specified and directed. Make: Junckers Maple Wooden flooring or any other make as approved.

Technical Specification: (a) Hard Maple Wood Flooring: Hard maple wood flooring comprising of individual maple wood boards of 22 mm thickness, minimum width 129 mm and of random length 1830 mm, jointed together with the help of tongue and groove on all four sides of all board. (b) Substructure: Flooring substructure comprising of sleeper of spruce or pine having 63mm width and cross section of 38 mm and laid perpendicular to the main flooring, placed at a spacing of 411 mm centre to centre, including 19mm thick rubber pads at 411 mm centre to centre spacing and polyethylene membrane installed over the concrete base beneath the flooring system as a vapour barrier between the concrete and wooden floor. (c) Vapour Barrier: Vapour barrier between the concrete and wooden floor comprising of 0.20 mm thick polyethylene membrane installed over the concrete base beneath the flooring system. (d) Game line marking in accordance with manufacturers’ specification and as directed. (e) The flooring shall be of make approved by FIBA (Federation International Basketball Association), BWF (Badminton World Federation) and WSF (World Squash Federation)

Notes: (i) The work shall be carried out through an external specialist agency having suitable experience in carrying out similar works. (ii) Contractor shall submit necesary guarantee/ warranty certificate to the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in repairs stop valve of PTMT, any colour, high pressure, screwed for iron pipe of 15 mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Minimum weight 15mm-90gms/ 20mm- 92gms)

M & L for providing sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concrete 1:4:4 type B1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
