Providing and fixing vanity counters with 12 mm thick ISO certified Acrylic solid surface of approved make in white and grey with speckle shade in approved design , with properties like anti‐bacterial antifungal, heavy duty scratch resistant & stain resistant, impact resistant, insulative & non conductive, Green Guard certified, Fire rating as per standard EN 135 ‐1‐1b surface spread of flame and having minimum Specific Gravity 1.65 g/cm3 properties. Acrylic solid surface sheets to be cut, pasted and finished in approved shade , as per approved design by the Engineer in charge. Counter minimum width 600mm seamlessly integrated with ready‐made oval bowls in approved color with minimum size 571 mmx 418mm x 178 mm & front fascia of minimum 200mm and back splash of minimum 100mm to complete the profile. The spacing between two wash basin shall be minimum of 900mm center to center or specified other wise , should be placed symmetrically in the vanity counters. This counter should be fixed over metal supporting structure with all mechanical fixtures as per specification, drawings and guideline. The quoted rates shall include material cost with wastages, fabrication & installation of counter at site, cost of silicon & approved adhesives, chamfering of edges, flushing of joints and final finishing as per directions of Engineer‐In‐charge. The plan and elevation area (horizontal and vertical area deducting washbasin opening ) will be measured for payment. (Wash basin and Metal supporting structures will be paid extra in relevant items).

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing 6mm thick back painted machine cut Lacquered Glass of required shape and colour of approved make fix in true line and level on the existing surface. The fixing of the lacquered glass on the existing 12 mm ply surface will be done with the help of silicon (GE winsel-20/ Dow Corning-786) making complete as per approved drawing and direction of Engineer - in - charge . The rate shall be inclusive of all the necessary material , required hardware , Labour , Transportation , necessary for the complete execution of the item .

Providing and fixing 12mm thick solid acrylic surface of approved shade sheet with C & C router cutting screen/ jali as per reference image /photograph or equivalent as approved design frame with 12 mm BWP ply clad with oak veneer , fastners etc as required complete with all respect as desired and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick B.W.P plywood of approved brand with suitable length of full threaded self driving steel screw etc. The line and length of the plywood should be as per the architectrural & structural drawing , over the sutaible M.S/ Brick work /R.C.C support as specified and direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick B.W.P plywood of approved brand with suitable length of full threaded self driving steel screw etc. The line and length of the plywood should be as per the architectural & structural drawing , over the sutaible M.S/ Brick work /R.C.C support as specified and direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing decorative high pressure laminated sheet of plain / wood grain in gloss / matt / suede finish with high density protective surface layer and reverse side of adhesive bonding quality conforming to IS : 2046 Type- S resin including cost of adhesive of approved quality. 1.0 mm thick.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Sal wood
