Dismantling, removing and carefully stacking Brick/stone in cement mortar walls under 3m high etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Supplying and laying Vinyl flooring including labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 20mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Amstrong false ceiling arrangements with aluminium anodized "T" section and "L" angle frame work, grid of size 60x60cm with aluminium "T" section 25x25x2.8mm "L" angle of size 25x25x2mm thick and the same is supported at suitable intervals by adjustable type 6mm dia M.S. rod with suitable threaded nuts suspended rods hung from ceiling at 120cm, centre to centre in logitudinal section and 60cm at middle portion.60x60cm panels should be covered with 10mm thick Amstrong in the grid so as to give a seat to false ceiling including painting the 6mm dia MS rods etc., complete complying with standard specifications. Necessary openings and arrangements for fixing electrical fittings should be provided with suitable frame work etc., complete.

Providing Wall Panelling using Double side teak wood sheet with melamine polishing with following specification. The frame using aluminium tubular section of size 50mm x 25mm x 2mm thick fixing horizontally and vertically in position with wall at interval of 0.60m in both diretions, fixing water proof plywood of 12mm thick over the aluminium frame work with necessary screws. both side teak wood sheet of 3.5mm thick will be fixed over the plywood using fevical and finishing with melamine polishing and the rate inclusive of conveyance to site and labour charges and as directed by the Departmental Officers. The design pattern, water proof plywood, OST sheet and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work etc., complete

Supply and installation of fixed uPVC windows shall utilize uPVC profile sections with an outer wall thickness of 2.30mm (±0.2mm), featuring an outer frame of 60mm x 52mm, a shutter of 66mm x 42mm x 50mm, an interlock of 45mm x 36mm, and a glazing bead of 24.5mm x 16mm. All frame, sash, and mullion profiles shall be reinforced, where required, with a 1mm thick GI steel section, and windows are to be equipped with security devices such as touch locks or crescent locks, nylon rollers, and an aluminium track, all compliant with relevant specifications and departmental directives. Glazing shall consist of 5mm thick Plain or Pinhead glass, secured by TPE (Grey) weather-sealed gaskets, while all corners and mullion joints of the frame and sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded without mechanical joints, with all welded joints neatly trimmed to a grooved nib finish, ensuring sharp- edge-free products. The complete window units shall be fixed into pre-finished openings by drilling and fastening through the outer frame with high- quality fasteners, and silicon sealant shall be applied to fill the gap between the wall and window frame for a leak-proof installation and complete finish etc., Complete and as directed by the department officers.

Glass panels to be formed as per approved modules 12 mm thick clear toughened glass edge polished and accurate designed holes to be installed by means of steel fittings of an approved make Saint Gobain / Asahi or equivalent. Including Floor spring (make:- Dorma or equivalent), Lock approved make, Door Handle both side(SS make), all works including labour, wastages, cost of scaffolding, finishing with frosted design film etc. complete.a.

The structural Glass walls system shall be complete with proper water tight silicon sealants /gaskets. M.S Brackets to support the structure system shall be hot dipped galvanized and slots in the brackets to be pre drilled not flame cut. All bolts,nuts,washers shall be 300 series non magnetic stainless steel and lock washers to be provided at all bolting connections. All anchor fasteners shall be of Hilti/Fisher make. Renewing and refixing the window grill including labour charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Painting the wall two coats with approved Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.
