Dismantling of old unserviceable and supply & installation of JEF Nimbus Early Streamer emission Air terminal (ESEAT). ESEAT shall have a corrosion resistant stainless steel body (AISI 316 grade) capable of working in hazardous atmosphere. The Air terminal shall be non-radioactive and require no special licensing. The unit shall be fully autonomous (no battery, no external power supply required ), collect energy from ambient electric field. ESEAT model must be tested in a high voltage laboratory in accordance with NFC 17 102 for a series of 100 shock waves equal to 325µs in order to measure the average gain in triggering. The average gain in triggering time (ΔT) obtained during the lab test for the offered model must be mentioned in the test report. ESEAT must work on negative as well as positively polarized discharges. ESEAT must have been tested for such discharges by a reputed Indian Laboratory like Central Power Research Institute (CPRI). A dedicated tester should be avilable to test the healthiness of the ESEAT on request ( Courtesy : Page No. 37, Point No. 3 of Clause 8.6 of the Revised NFC 17-102 version 2011 ). Supply of JEF ECO SAFE Maintenance Free Grounding Solution set comprising of High tensile low carbon steel rod of 3 Mts length & 32 mm dia with 250 micron ( average ) molecularly bonded copper on the outer surface to confirm with requirements of UL467 along with Back-fill compound strictly be a Carbon based conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive ( Like in metals ) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. JEF ECO SAFE compound shall be supplied in 50 Pound Bag. ( 1 Bag required per earthing set). Back-fill comound should be environment friendly, should solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. A suitable earth terminaton clamp should also be supplied along with the set incl Supply of Eco Friendly weather proof High Density Polyethylene Earth Pit Chamber,complete all as specified and directed . Note : Back-fill compund shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole.
