-Providing and applying modified acrylic resin base paint of asian/ burger company, with 2 coats of printer and filling putty in small cracks and hole and two coats of topcoat with shade approved by engineer incharge. The rates are inclusive of scaffolding staging etc. for any height and for plane as well as for Architectural surface. (NS)

-Providing and fixing 16 Amps power sockets UPS & RAW with Plaza/ Kalinga gold copper wire of 2.5 Sqmm X 2 wire for phase and neutral and 0.7 Sqmm for earthing, all wiring will be done point to point with 6 module modular sheet, 2no. 16Amp sockets, 2no. 16Amp. switch of Coral brand of Havells company. (One set of 6module sheet will counted as one point for billing).

-Providing and fixing single shutter patch fitting, without frame, with double action hydraulic heavy duty floor springs & Pivot on top including cutting, embedding the floor springs, along with S.S. cover plate etc. The item includes with complete patch fittings, door lock etc, make Fittings- Dorma/ Hettich/ Ozone company with 7yrs onsite warranty. -Providing and fixing 6 Amps light and exhaust points with Plaza/ Kalinga gold copper wire of 1.5 SqmmX2wire for phase and neutral, all wiring will be done point to point with modular sheet and switch of Coral brand of Havells company. (One switch will counted as one point for billing).

-Providing and fixing full height partition with 12mm thick toughened glass,(Saint Gobain, Modi Guard, Asahi) complete delivered at site. Include cost of glass in this item and S.S. Connectors [any number]- glass to glass, glass to floor/ ceiling cost to include in this mentioned item. Glass to be toughened, polished and grinder properly. -Providing and fixing H type stainless steel 30mm dia Glass door handle. (NS)

-Providing and fixing partially glazed/ non glazed partition 75 mm thick of (600mm X 600mm) using kail/miranti wood frame work of size 50mmX38mm treated fire retardant & anti termite paint spacing not exceeding 0.6m C/C horizontally as well as vertically (joint less vertical member) or( 50mm X 25mm aluminium tube ). Bottom of the frame work to seemed to the floor & slab with concealed hardware & screws & adhesive, wherever necessary, frame to be sandwiched in between 12mm thick commercial ply conforming IS standard 303 (i.e veneers treated with preservatives, glue line fortified with non leachable organophosphorus compound and FTP technology) of commercial plywood or ( 12mm thick HDHMR Board of Action Tesa Company ) & finished with 1.0 mm thick laminate on both sides of Merino or Greenlam, including all zinc plated joineries and fixtures i.e. nails etc.. All exposed faces to be finished with Steam beech wood beading & all wooden surfaces to be finished. with lacquer polish, of approved shade, float glass 6 mm thick not larger than 1.2m in width shall be fixed with Steam beech wood beading 12.5mmx12.5mm. Rate includes design & grooves in laminates, provision for extra frame work as & where necessary for skirting and making cutout for switch plate, switch boxes, light fittings etc. making provision for laying conduits. full height partition will be measured from finish Floor level to the bottom of false ceiling. [Note:- for UPS/ Battery room only, instead of 12mm ply, 12mm cement composite board of bison make shall be used, and instead of laminate, shall be painted with rustic paint as discussed in paint column.
