Providing Comprehensive Maintenance of 2 No 200KVA DG set with AMF control Panel, acoustic canopy, battery charger, battery, control panel, silencer, engine, alternator, Engine and alternator spare parts, safety devices, meters, Fuel lines, V belts, Mounting bolts, couplings, cleaning of fuel tank, arresting of oil leakage if any including preventive maintenance, excluding replacement of battery, the old removed consumables shall be the property of vendor and disposed off on prior intimation to building in charge with gate pass as per the latest pollution control guidelines etc as reqd (Engine Make M/s Ashok Leyland) (Note : Service report in original shall be submitted with Bill copy duly signed by SDE incharge of ISRO GSAT )

Servicing (B-Check) of 200 kVA DG Set , complete draining out engine oil from sump, replacement of fuel filter, lube oil filter, lube oil, coolant, cleaning of DG set and accessories, applying petroleum jelly on battery terminal posts, checking the V-belts, mounting bolts and coupling, refilling the new engine oil, test running, record the oil pressure, checking of oil leakage, RPM, Voltage and frequency , the old removed consumables shall be the property of vendor and disposed off on prior intimation to building in charge with gate pass as per the latest pollution control guidelines etc as reqd (Engine Make M/s Ashok Leyland) (Note : Service report in original shall be submitted with Bill copy duly signed by SDE incharge of ISRO GSAT )

Supplying 12V, 180 Ah Heavy duty Lead acid battery with buy back of existing old battery, including initial charging, suitable for Genset cranking duty, with Manufacturer warranty of Minimum 24 Months etc as required (Make: BSNL Approved make)
