Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement, four sand and eight aggregate) using 40mm hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement,one and half M.sand & three course aggregate) using 20mm gauge hand broken/and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curingetc.,complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position RTS rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification

Supply and fixing of PVC Solid Doors using 19 gauge 19mmMSSq,tubes for stylesand frames, 15mmMS Sq.tubes for to, Lock and bottom rails. The Steel Tubes shall be coveredwith 5mm thick Solid PVC sheets.Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including furniture and fittings.Theoverall sizeof styles shall be 50mmX30mm.Theoverall sizeof toprail, Lock rail and bottom rail shall be75mmX30mm.Theover allsizeof framesshallbe50mmX45mm with suitable tabate for housing the shutter etc, completeas per standard specification.

Painting two coats over New iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with best approved best quality of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour over the existing priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Galvanised Coruugated Iron Sheet of 0.8mm thickness approved design and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws, plastic washer. The washer and screws tobe fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets. The sheet tobe fixedwithmaking suitable corrugated, cutting thesheet in to the required ssize andmaking ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers
