REPAIR AND MAINT OF HT OH LINE UG CABLE AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES AT TIBRI MIL STN UNDER GE GURDASPUR

Excavation in trenches in soft loose soil including cutting road surfaces n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for poles, stay, cable, pipe etc getting out all as specified.

All as per item No.1 above but depth exc. 1.5 mtr and n. exc 3 mtr.

Returning, filling in, including spreading,leveling,watering and well ramming in layers each n.exc 25 cm thick in soft loose soil all as specified.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50mtr and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 mtr above,the starting point.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast conncrete cable cover, class HVP, type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of cable cover perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each-other complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Sand cushioning trenches using fine sand to under ground cable, laid in two layers 8cm before laying the cable & 15cm after laying the cable complete all as specified.

Labour for drilling hole under the road with the help of bocki / by manually or by machine for crossing GI tubing of any size for cable protection complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cable protection GI tubing fix in repair light grade fixed along the pole/under road/along the wall of size 100mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed.

M&L for cable protection GI tubing fix in repair light grade fixed along the pole/under road/along the wall of size 80mm bore with necessary clamps all as directed.

M&L for cross arms in replacement , bracing, supports, clamps and brick plates, fabricated from structural steel section including nut bolts washers including welding ,bending , cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated in drawings or as directed, including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide all specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement switch air break gang operated switch tripple pole mechanically operating mounted on insulator and steel frame with operting mechanism worked from ground level for current rating up to 200 Amps and working pressure of 11000 volts grade consisting of 4 insulator per pole with 25mm dia GI medium grade operating handle and locking arrangements fixed with down rod operating brackets all specfied & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & laying in replacement underground XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed galvanised (E) steel strip or wire armoured (under ground) heavy duty electric cable with stranded aluminium conductor 11000 volts (E) grade of cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (partII) 1985 with the latest ammendment, laid in trenches/ducts/through pipes/in floor/road/along the pole etc all as sdpecified & directed by Engr-in-charge

All as per item No.12 above but of size 120 Sqmm 3 core.

All as per item No.12 above but of size 95 Sqmm 3 core.

M&L for repair/servicing of existing GOD and decarbonized , proper function mechanism device fixed to nut bolt, lugs and use petrolium gel, replacement/tightening loose jumpers with P-G clamp and replacement of u/s parts of the GOD Note :- Replacement of items like PG clamp, Insulater, Male, Female link etc and conductor e measured and paid saperately.

S & F in replacement of post insulators with necessary nut bolts and accessories.

S & F in replacement of P G clamp of any size and type all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S & F in replacement HT movable link assembly with braided copper strip of current rating 200 Amps for GOD 11000 volt all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fix in repair of male link assembly with brass tinned contact for GOD 11000 Volt grade complete all as specified

Supply and fix in repair of female link assembly with brass tinned contact for GOD 11000 Volt grade complete all as specified

S & F in replacement HT fix link with tenson spring assembly with brass tinned contact for 11000 volt GOD all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Supply and errecting in replacement true vertical position prestressed concrete poles 11 metre long 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom, class - 9 including painting of 05 Nos bands/ strips of 30cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black and yellow) at a distance of 30cm from the plinth block upto 1500mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed to match the existing poles. Note :- excavation and earth work shall be masurered and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B:2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreate as in foundation for pole/stay assembly foundation coping of poles etc.

Material & labour for replacement of stay assembly complete comprising of 7/3.15 galvanised stranded stay wire of required length, fixed to pole with and including MS flat clamps 50 x 6 mm, bolt, nuts washers, GI stay rod 20 mm dia and 1800 mm long, stay bow 400 x14mm, GI steel plate 300x300x6mm, loop insulator of size 90 x 140mm clearance hole 16mm including two coats of aluminium paint over a one coat of red oxide primer on exposed mild steel work all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 1 of SSR part - I 2009 on Page No 495 compelete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the tree branches passing near the HT /LT OH line of width/ girth not more than 30cm upto 3 meter distance from adjacent pole or four/two pole structure all as specified and directed by EIC. Note ;- (i) Each span having 50 mtr distance approximately (ii) All cutting branches of trees shall be thrown away /burnt at approximately 200 to 500 mtr away from site.

M & L lightening arrestor in replacement expulsion type for out door use complete with all fittings discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts including bracket, clamps, nuts, bolts washers and connection to each wire complete all as specified. Make-Rashtria/Oblum & all other equivalent makes specified in appendix 'B' section-II.

Supply in replacement ACSR type conductor including straching on OH line including binding on insulators with aluminium binding wire including jumpers and jointing all specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- (i) Weight of ACSR or all aluminium conductor drawn for OH lines is to be measured by measuring tant horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductor of that size and length and 3 % extra added for sag, jointing, jumpers and binding etc. (ii) Weight of conductor shall be calculated from tables given in the relevant I.S.

M&L for tracing out fault in buried cable with fault locating instrument, disconnecting the existing unserviceable, repair including straight through joint, out door 11 KV jointing kit complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for streching of existing ACSR conductor of any size any type as required sag fixed on OH line & insulators/cross Arms on poles properly binding with aluminium complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement GI steel earth wire continuity conductor, HT poles /cradles of different shapes of size 4mm dia all as specified.

S&F in replacement for end termination out door type cold shrinkable jointing kit suitable for 11KV cable 70 to 95 sqmm, 3 core all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No.33 here in before but 120 to 185 Sqmm, 3 core.

S&F in replacement for end termination indoor type cold shrinkable jointing kit suitable for 11KV cable 70 to 95 sqmm, 3 core all as specified and directed.
