Supply of 33KV, 3 Core, 185 Sq.mm. Aluminium Conductor, screened, XLPE insulated Galvanized flat strip armoured, PVC sheathed cable Type A2XFY, FR, conforming to IS: 7098/Part-2 as amended up to date, from the place of manufacturing up to the site location.

Supply of 33KV XLPE 3X185 sq.mm cable straight joints through Pre-moulded type or heat shrinkable type jointing kit complete with all accessories, of reputed make preferably Rachem/3M jointing kit by qualified jointers. as per technical specifications.

Supply of 33KV outdoor, anti-fog, Pre-moulded type or heat shrinkable type end termination kit complete with all accessories, suitable for cable as per technical specifications . The kit shall have total creepage distance of 31mm per KV and protected creepage distance of not more than 50% of the total creepage distance, suitable for heavily polluted atmospheric conditions for connecting to the existing line bus / AB switch , complete by qualified jointers.

Supply of electrode type earthing material with 40mm, 2.5 mts long G.I pipe alongwith 20 Kgs Salt, 20 Kgs Charcoal and 5 mts of H.D.G.I flat of size 50 x 6 mm for earthing connection including material for brick masonary work and as per technical specifications.

ERECTION OF MATERIALS

Carrying out detailed physical survey of the area and to furnish optimal and economical route and design for laying of 33KV, 3 core , 185 sq.mm XLPE round cable and accessories, including plotting on the scald map of size 1:1000 including all features. The detalied documents as well as write up shall be furnished in 2nos. of hard copies and soft copies for approval. Upon approval & after carrying out the cable laying work the GIS co-ordinates of entire route may be furnished along with 6nos. of hard and soft copies of map duly updated.

Excavation of trench in any type of soil (after clearing of site of all bushes, shrubs, trees, roots and other obstacles and after installing barricades, glow signboards, etc) including trenching along & across the roads, paddy fields, water logged areas, sandy, hard soil, hard rock, for laying underground two runs of 33 KV, 3 core, 185 sq.mm, XLPE cable.(0.7m X 1.3m X 700m)

Excavation of Hard rock including all types of laterite rock, blasting prohibited)(0.7m X 1.3m X 1500m)

Back filling of available excavated earth (excluding rock/stones) in trench, in layers not exceeding 0.2 mts depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead up to 40 mts. (0.7 m X 1m X 2200m)

Supplying and stacking 40mm Granitic / Basaltic Aggregates at site including loading, unloading and transportaion etc. complete.

Uniformally laying and spreading of 40mm aggregates 100mm thick inside 33KVA Substation at Opa water works. Including manpower, tools & Equipments etc complete.

Providing and fixing prefabricated compound gate of G.I. pipes 40 – 50 mm dia (medium) with 12mm M.S. square bars of G.I. pipes grill work as per drawing including providing & fixing locking arrangements, pintals, hold fast embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 granitic or basaltic aggregate 20mm nominal size) including applying priming coat with ready mixed red lead paint and painting 2 or more coats with superior ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades as per direction complete.

12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)

18mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12mm thick cement plaster 1:5 ( 1 cement : 5 coarse sand) and top layer 6mm thick with cement plaster 1: 3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with sponge.

Distempering two or more coats with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new work over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Painting three or more coats with acryllic exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture (such as weather shield,APEX) including applying one coat of cement primer and one coat of surface treatment etc. complete.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel work.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for :

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium shutters in accordance with the specification annexed with Goa schedule of Rates (2004) Vol & II including all taxes, transportation, scaffolding and handling etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge: windows with two sliding shutters using 18 mm series shutters section.

(a) Plain glass

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium shutters in accordance with the specification annexed with Goa schedule of Rates (2004) Vol & II including all taxes, transportation, scaffolding and handling etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge: Single or double leaf door shutters.
