SCHEDULE "A" PART -I (BUILDING WORK/ SUN SHELTER): Note:- This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col.5 signifies this fact only.
Design, Construction and Erection of Pre-Engineered Buildings (Two blocks of four units in a series with a crumple junction after four units) steel structure of each unit size 30m x 25m x 8m (clear inner dimensions) with Alu-zinc colour coated profiled steel roofing sheets 0.50mm thick (TCT) and yield strength of 550 MPa in roofing and cladding in gable portion camouflage pattern including RCC foundation, anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, bird proofing net, rain water eaves gutters and down take pipes etc complete all as specified and as shown on approved drawings. Note :- (i) PEB structure to be designed to withstand 180 Km/hr (both in line and cross winds) and based on soil parameters. (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of designing and vetting of design of PEB structures by IISC Bangalore/ IITs/ NITs. The design (showing full calculations and details) vetted by IISc Bangalore/ IITs/ NITs shall be submitted to the department as per time schedule. (iii) Suitable eves gutters and rainwater downtake pipes as required shall be provided to divert rain water from the roof to ground level . (iv) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost for provision of necessary arrangement for fixing light fittings.
SCHEDULE "A" PART -II TO PART - VII NOTE: Schedule ‘A’ Part II to VII are prepriced by MES under Ser Nos. 2.00 to 7.00. Bidders shall insert their lumpsum amount in the Green coloured field under Col 5 only.

Crushing of demolished concrete material obtained from demolition by means of mechanical crusher to required grading of GSB and carrying of GSB material to a distance 500 m to 2.0 Km complete all as specified and directed. (Note: (a) Some quantity of demolished concrete is available at crusher site, the same shall be pulverised & used in the GSB item here-in-after. (b) Minimum 90% of this item is compulsary to be executed. No monus deviation for reduced quantities beyond this shall be allowed due to any reason whatsoever.)
200mm thick GSB (Granular Sub-Base) using pulverised demolished concrete, grade V (as per MORTH Specification/ IRC Specification), spreading in two layers not exceeding 100 mm thick each, over compacted sub grade with pulverised concrete of specified grading by using mechanical paver/Grader, spreading in layers n exc 15 cm thick, watering, ramming/rolling and consolidating to required gradient and camber using earth compactor of min 8 to 15 ton or compaction methodology recommended by soil agency at OMC to achieve field compaction at least to 98% of MDD (Maximum dry density) determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Crushed demolished concrete obtained from item No. 7.14 here-in-before shall be used as pulverised concrete.)
