Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including paraper comprsing with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof tratment and roughening the same old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement or as per manufactrues instructions and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of size 450 x350x7 mm thick on vertical surfaces set, jointed and pointed in net cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with colour pigments to match the existing surface over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L pre-polished cement concrete chequered tiles area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 Sqm and 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including dismantling of old tiles of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed with including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm (with shutters & Grill without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for wiring with 2 runs of 6 sqmm, single core,FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed cable conforming to IS-694, 1100 volts with copper conductor multi stranded drawn in and including 20mm dian non metallic PVC grey conduit with all accessories such as Tees, Elbows, junction box, reducers etc as requied alongwith two run of 6 sqmm single core FR-LSH PVC insulated & unsheathed copper conductor as continuos earth wire dolly and connecting to existing main switch board / distribution board of each building / qtr as ordered and testing on completion including taking down old wiring and type of conduit complete all as specified and directed. Note: 2 run of 6 Sqmm cable and 1 run of 6 Sqmm cable along with conduit altogether shall be measured as one unit.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25.0 sq mm 4 core

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 m wide and not exc 1.50 m deep for foundation or for shafts, wells cesspits,man holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc. 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to distance not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading clean dry river sand in cable trenches as in cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Punned thickness shall be measured and paid)

Material and labour for Sub class ‘B’ old size well burnt brick laid flat in trenches over the cable for protection of LT cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed

Cutting existing steel tubing of 40mm for alterations or additions complete all as specified and as directed.
