Supply of 2Core x 16 sq.mm 5 KV grade stranded annealed copper conductor underground, unscreened, unarmoured PVC insulated and PVC sheathed AFL cable conforming to IS 1554 (Part II) with up to date amendments and as per AAI specifications etc. as required.

Supply of 5KV grade, 200W, 6.6/6.6 Amps Isolating Transformers for Runway lighting System

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle suitable of type I class B connector suitable for field attachment with 1x16 sqmm 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core copper conductor cable conforming to the relevant IS specifications as required.

Supply of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured aluminium conductor UG power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following sizes confirming to IS 7098(Part -1/1988) with upto date amendments etc complete as required. 4 x 35 Sqmm

SITC of PAPI units (set of 4 units viz. A, B C &D units) fitted with 4 nos. of 200W/150W, 6.6Amps halogen lamps in each units including all accessories like clear lens, red filters, reflectors, supporting legs, secondary leads etc. as per ICAO /CAR standards, including providing suitable concrete plat form, proving and installing checking stick base plates, conducting ground calibration of PAPI units to the required glide angles using inclinometer & checking sticks etc. as required.

Supply of Inclinometer & checking stick along with base (4 nos per set) suitable for ground calibration of PAPI units of item no. 4 above

SITC of FAA compliant indoor type Microprocessor based, air cooled Constant Current Regulator of Thyristor controlled electronic type suitable for use on 240 V AC, 50Hz, input AC supply with below mentioned output power at 6.6 amps with 5 steps variation of current output suitable for local and remote control operation with 24/48 V DC control supply complete with output current indicated on multifunction digital display, over current, over voltage, earth fault protection and earth leakage meter, positive back indication equipment relay contactor etc. as required as per specification and of following rating. 7.5 KW MPCCR at 6.6 Amps, supply voltage 240 V AC with tapping at 2.5 KW & 4 KW

Supplying of following size DWC HDPE pipe of ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930. 50 mm OD , 38 mm ID

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil, refilling with good soil after laying of cable/ pipe etc and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metres.

Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. Direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) in existing trench etc., complete as required. 50 mm OD 38 mm ID

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE power cable of 5 kV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ DUCT/ METAL/DWC pipe as required. Up to 35 sq.mm

Installation of CI Transformer housing box in runway / taxy way shoulder including required excavation and providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 all around and bottom of the transformer housing box with required slope to match with the bitumen/soil surface and plastering of exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 over the concrete surface including painting top of CI box after installation, disposing off surplus excavated material etc. as required. Note: housing box will be provided by AAI

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation, cable route marker, PAPI foundation, checking stick foundation including form work etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with FRP cover plate of mini 2.5 ton capacity, 18x18 mini size and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing including connection/ termination with GI thimble etc. as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Necessary modification of Existing Nasu make ALCMS in ATC tower and CCR hall including making required changes to the software upgradation, MIMIC indication, control wiring of CCR to RCD,Vault panel circuits, providing and installing new Auto/Manual change over panel for 02 additional CCRs, required cabling, control wiring etc complete as required as per instructions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Making 63 mm dia holes using in existing CI box suitable for use in Runway without damages to the CI box complete as required.

Supply of 10 mm thick base plate (dummy) with gasket and 06 nos. M- 10 SS bolts suitable for 330 mm outer dia, isolating transformer housing box etc. as required.

SITC of precast type RCC cable chamber, minimum M20 grade, inner size 1m (L) x 1m (W) x 2m (D), made of cement concrete wall thickness minimum 150 mm, wall thickness, RCC slab cover of minimum 200 mm thick, cast in 3 pieces to cover the chamber, suitable hook arrangement in sections including excavation, base concreting, backfilling, removal of excess of soil, flushing with the soil level etc as per directions of Engineer-In-Charge complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on cable tray as required. Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)

Supplying and making end termination with brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 4 X 35 sq. mm (32mm)

Supply of 200 dia PE 100 PN 10 HDPE Pipe suitable for horizontal directional drilling complete as required.
