Dismantling of damaged inter locking paver blocks including underneath cement concrete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material out side Muncipal limits as directed.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to all levels. 1:3:6 (1Cement: 2 coarse sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal Size) Crushed

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colou r& pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.50mm thick cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm) including removing of dirt by washing including scratching sand papering etc. complete.

Removing Paint by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture. Two or more coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish.

Polishing on wood work touch wood polish (Two or more coats) including preparing of surface by cleaning and sand papering.

Painting with Excel exterior paint of approved brand and manufacture of required color to give an even shade at all places (two or more coats) including priming coat of approved quality and make

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new surface including sand papering and knotting complete, inluding two or more coats of ready mixed primer.

Painting on G.S. sheet with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shadeNew work (two or more coats) including a coat of approved steel primer but excluding a coat of mordant solution.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer,over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and fixing of ply board 6mm thick in ceilings/walls and where ever required etc, and at all places including cost of adhesive, nails etc. and other fixing material

Providing and fixing of superior quality wall paper of approved brand, manufacture, color and design icluding prepration of wall surface by way of sand papering and other necessary repair all complete at all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer In-charge.
