Schedule-A : Construction of Helipad

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soils by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 500 m and lift upto 1.5 m and levelling the disposed earth as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Plain cement concrete of grade 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6 aggregate) using 20mm size stone aggregate at locations, foundation bed including cost of mixing, consolidating, curing and finishing the top surface etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying design mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads / taxi tracks / runways, using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/ camber, finishing with required texture, including steel form work with sturdy M.S. channel sections, curing, making provision for contraction /expansion, construction & longitudinal joints (10 mm wide x 50 mm deep) by groove cutting machine, finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc., complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Item of joint fillers, sealants to be paid separately). Note: 1. Basalt / Deccan Trap or equivalent aggregate approved by AMD shall be used as Aggregate in the cement concrete.

2. Wardha river sand or approved equivalent sand by AMD shall be used in place of sand as specified above. 3. Ordinary Portland Cement of make ACC or any other approved equivalent Grade 43 or any other cement having low back ground radiation approved by AMD shall be used in place of cement as specified as above. 4) Normal water shall be used. 5) Testing of all materials like cement, sand, stone aggregate & Water shall be done as recommended by IS 456-2000 or its latest amendments. 6) Testing of Concrete shall be done as per relevant IS code. 7) Mix design for M30 grade concrete as per IS code 10262 shall be designed as per standard method, lab tested and submitted for approval of AMD. The BG ( Back Ground Radiation) value of above materials shall be tested by the contractor in presence of AMD Engineers prior to construction and no charges will be paid towards testing by the Dept.

Cement concrete prepared with batch mixing machine at site

Add extra for Cement concrete manufactured in automatic batching plant (RMC plant) i/c transportation to site in transit mixer. This is in addition to the cost already quoted for item no.5.3 above in case if RMC is used.

Providing and filling in position rubberized bitumen hot sealing compound Using grade 'A' sealing compound conforming to IS: 1834 for sealing of expansion joints in roads / pavements all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting Helipad/runway/apron marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint for New work (Two or more coats) of superior make as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, i/c primer, cleaning the surface of oil dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. This work shall be done as per guidelines given by Civil Aviation authorities.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 300 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Providing and fixing pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints of RCC roads / CC pavements after making the joints dust free with high pressure air jet cleaners, all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Pre-moulded joint fillers shall be made of bitumen hot sealing compound impregnated fibre board having impregnation more than 35%, conforming to IS:1838 for fibre board and IS: 1834 for hot sealing bitumen compound grade A.)

General Notes: 1. Contractor shall inspect the site to acquaint with the site conditions as well as security conditions at AMD Complex,Begumpet. 2. All the dismantled/ demolished materials shall be dumped and levelled/dressed as decided by the department within the lead of 500.0mtr. 3. All the samples of materials which are to incorporated in the work shall be got approved by the Engineer -In- charge well in advance. The details of quantity of materials to be used are given in item No.05 above. 4. The contractor is required to pay his employees / labour as per the prevailing minimum wages approved by State/ Central Govt. The contractor shall maintain 1. Register of Workmen employed 2. Muster roll 3. Register of wages etc. 5. Contractor shall quote rates for all items after considering cost of materials and labour components and all such conditions leads, lifts, safety precautions, security restrictions that are necessary for satisfactory completion of work as per instructions and site conditions. Security regulations shall be followed. 6. The rates quoted shall include cost of all tools and tackles, manpower including wages, liveries, all wastages and GST,water charges,Labour cess seignorage charges etc. as applicable but exclusive of EPF and ESI. EPF and ESI are reimbursable as per relevant clause on production of proof of payment as per CPWD norms. 7.The contractor has to follow all safety rules of the department and all safety equipments, PPE shall be provided to all workers engaged by him. 8. The work shall be carried out as per rules and directions of Civil Aviation Authorities.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3/M20 (1cement: 1.5 sand: 3 aggregate 20mm size) for lintels, beams, shelves, slabs. columns, sun shades etc. at all locations including cost of mixing, consolidating, curing and finishing the top surface etc.( but excluding the cost of centering & shuttering ) complete with cost of materials,labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge at all levels

Providing form work, Centering and shuttering using steel plates, planks including strutting and propping etc. at all floors and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including close haking of exposed concrete surfaces etc. complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providing, fabricating and fixing reinforcement with high yield strength deformed bars or TMT bars of all dia., grade Fe 415/Fe500 conforming to I.S. 1786 for reinforced concrete works at all levels, floors and heights including supplying, cutting, bending, fixing, and tying in position with 18 gauge soft drawn annealed binding wire etc, all complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants, scaffolding all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Binding wire shall not be measured for payment.)

Supply, fabrication, erection and fixing in position M.S. structural steel work made of MS angles, flats, sheets, tees, channels, pipes etc., at all floors and heights including one coat of primer , cost of labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc.., all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand ) in super structure for walls at all levels, floors and locations (upto a height of 25m ) using best quality conventional kiln burnt light weight bricks of class designation 3.5 N/mm 2 including raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge..

Half brick work in CM 1:4 in superstructure at all levels, floors and locations (upto a height of 25m ) using best quality conventional kiln burnt light weight bricks of class designation 3.5 N/mm 2 including raking out joints, scaffolding, curing etc., complete with cost of materials, labour, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) upto height of 25.0 mtrs and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished rough with sponge.

12 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) upto height of 25.0 mtrs and a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) finished rough with sponge.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) 30 mm thick ness solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing of SS aldrops on both sides of shutter with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws with all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.

Painting one coat of Cement primer manufactured by M/s. Asian Paint or M/s Berger Paints or equivalent make on the existing oil bound / acrylic washable distemper or lappam painted surface of external/internal walls & ceilings and finishing the surface at all levels, floors and locations (upto maximum height of 25 m) including preparing the surface by sand papering, cleaning and removing the dust, dirt, oil marks, cobwebs etc., filling the cracks and crieves upto 1mm width with approved crack filling compound, and applying wall care putty manufactured by M/s Birla or M/s JK Cements wherever necessary for areas upto a 0.10 m2 (beyond this it shall be measured separately in the respective item) complete with cost of all materials, tools and plants, labour, scaffolding, cleaning floors, removing the office furniture / Lab equipment and rearranging back the same etc all complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting on internal surface of ceilings and walls at all floors, heights and locations (upto maximum height of 25 m) using 1st quality Apcolite Premium Interior Emulsion paint of M/s Asian Paints, or Rangoli Super Acrilic Emulsion of M/s Berger Paints or equivalent approved make in two or more coats over the existing painted surface or primer coated surface including preparing the surface by sand papering cleaning and removing the dust, dirt, loose painting, grease, oil stains, cobweb, fungus etc., and filling up small cracks upto 1mm width using approved crack filling compound and applying wall care putty manufactured by M/s Birla or M/s JK Cements wherever necessary for areas upto a 0.1 m2 (beyond this it shall be measured separately in the respective item) complete with cleaning floors, removing office furniture / Lab equipment before painting and rearranging back the same etc., all complete with cost of materials, labour scaffolding, tools & plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Synthetic Enamel painting in two or more coats using 1st quality SE paint- Apcolite Synthetic Enamel of M/s Asian paints, or Luxol Hi -Gloss Synthetic Enamel of M/s Berger Paints or approved equivalent make and shade over wood/steel /concrete/road kerb stones surfaces of internal areas at all floors heights and locations (upto a max height of 25 m) including filling up small cracks and crevices with approved filling compound, cleaning, washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly, sand papering wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, tools and plants all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting with first quality exterior emulsion paint of 100% Acrylic based including one coat of exterior primer of APEX of M/s Asian Paints or Weather Coat Smooth of M/s Berger Paints or approved equivalent make and shade with / without a coat of corresponding Exterior emulsion primer of approved shade on the sand face plaster surfaces (new or painted) at all floors heights and locations (upto a maximum height of 30 m) including filling up the small cracks and crevices, with approved filling compound, cleaning ,washing, removing the dust, dirt, scales, grease, oil marks, loose painting thoroughly sand papering, wire brushing if necessary, complete with cost of material, labour, scaffolding, tools & plants etc., all as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Incharge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock, ISI marked, with six levers and a pair of anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) aluminium lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete.
