Improvement to RD Road to Jasobantpur Road in the District of Nayagarh under MMSY-Improvement to Existing RD Road for the year 2025-26

Road proper Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials by manual means and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls and other sturcture comprising of masonry, cement concrete wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking the serviceable materials with all lifts and lead of 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 202

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm and disposal of scarified material with in all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres. but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reworking & Rerolling the scarified surface suitably with sand to compacting finished surface as per clause 501.8.3.2 of MORT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works ( Latest Revision ). but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site by mechanical means, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & clause 305 of MoRTH specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th revision) but excluding the charges of GST etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge..

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement as per MORD technical Specification Clause 301 and direction of the Engineer in Charge (excluding cost of excavation and transportation to site).

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Providing and Laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads@250 gms per sqm area,thicknessof 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35.

Fine dressing and turfing including transportation by mechanical means with all leads and lifts and placing of turfs in position and ramming with thapies including watering and cost of labour and all materials but excluding the charges of GST etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying & filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Construction of granular Sub base by providing close grade granular sub-base grading-III material as per table-100-1. spreading in uniform layers with motor grader om prepared surface,mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401 of MOSRT&H specifications for road and Bridges work.

Providing , Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates in Wet Mix Macadam as per specification including premixing material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density as per clause 406 of MORTH specifications for road & bridge works (4th revision) but excluding the charges of GST including cost conveyance required as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechanical means and including cost conveyance & royality of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work hire charges of machinaries etc complete but excluding the charges of GST as per Technical specification clause 502 of MORD for low porosity surface but excluding the charges of GST etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom as per clause 503 of MORTH specification for road & bridge works (4th revision) etc complete but excluding the charges of GST etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying of interlocking concrete Block Pavement having thickness 80mm as per drawing Technical Specification Clause 1504 of MORD

Providin & laying Bituminous Macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level & alingment & roling with smooth wheeled,vibratory & tandem rollers to achieve the desire compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road and bridge works (4th Revision) Page-169 Item -45

Providing & laying Semi Dense Bituminous Concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen ,transporting the hot mix to work site ,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the required grade,level & allignment and rolling with smooth wheeled ,vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 508 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision) but excluding the charges of GST etc complete including cost conveyance etc required as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of fondation in hard soil within the initial lead & lift including dressing & levelling the bed & depositiong the excavated earth away from the site etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Filling sand-Supplying & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete with all leads & lifts including cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of Engineer in charge.

Cement Concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors by using 4cm. Size black hard (crusher broken ) granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including lowering laying concrete watering and curing etc complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 6" thick including cost , conveyance royalities and taxes of all materials and T & P required for the work but excluding the charges of GST etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC M-15 grade in foundation bed using 40mm to 10 mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts as per approved drawing & technical specification and as per section 1700& 2100 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works (latest revision) including cost conveyance but excluding the charges of GST etc required as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

PCC M-15 grade in Substructure bed using 40mm to 10 mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by concrete mixer laying in layers and compacting by vibrator & all leads and lifts as per approved drawing & technical specification and as per section 1700& 2100 of MORTH specification for road and bridge works (latest revision) including cost conveyance but excluding the charges of GST etc required as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 for culverts including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets Clause 1106 of MoRD but excluding the charges of GST & as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. 1000 mm dia Single row

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved shade on new work 2 coats to give an even shade including cost of paint.(AR,P-98)

R.C.C M-30 grade in wearing course using 20mm and down grade BHGCB chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including watering and curring with cost conveyance royality of all materials required for the work including all labour,T&P for the work etc complete but excluding the charges of GST in all respect as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Filter media with granular crushed aggreates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wingwall return wall to the full height compared to firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specificationn clause 1204.3.8 including cost conveyance but excluding the charges of GST etc required as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of typical PMGSY Citizen sign board with logo as per MORD specifications and drawing. Two MS plates of 2mm thick, top & middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mmx5mm size on back on edges. The flat iron frame of both plate will be welded to 2nos 75mmx75mm of 12SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in C.C. M-15 grade blocks of 600mmx600mmx750mm, 750mm below ground level. The top most dimond plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mmx47mm of 12SWG steel tube. All M.S. will be stove enameled on both sides. Lettering & printing arrows, border etc. will be painted with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of superior quailty in required shade & colour. All sections of framed posts & steel tubes will be painted with primer & two coats of paint as per drawing clause 1701 and Annexure 1700.1
