Earth work excavation in foundation in Hard of soil including hard moorum, stoney earth mixed with boulders ( except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including rough dressing the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour and T&P required for the work complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P and cess etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth using Fly Ash bricks of 25 x 12 x 8 cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sqcm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance, and royalties of all materials with all labour,labour cess and T & P required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in super structure using Fly Ash bricks of 25 x 12 x 8 cm size having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sqcm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour,labour cess and T & P required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

R.C.C. (1:1.5:3) with 20mm and down grade C.B. chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, laying hire charges of concrete mixture, vibrator, watering, curing and cost of all materials and labour, centering shuttering etc complete but excluding cost of reinforcement.

Straightening, cutting, bending bent up or coiled rods, including cranking, hooking, welding or jointing the M.S. rods or tor confirming to I.S. 432 (Plain) and 1785 (Tor) steel and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position required for R.C.C. works including cost, conveyance and taxes of M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and cost of all labour etc.complete in all respect.

12mm thick C.P.(1:6) on brick masonary to the smooth surface including watering, curing, cost, carriage, royalty of all materials, cost of all labour, etc complete as per the direction of E.I.C.

Ground Floor

Finishing walls with weather seal coat (two coats) over a coat of cement primer to outer walls surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
