Annual maintenance of Ganden

Complete maintenance of the Garden features as per generally acceptable standard yardstick in the entire garden area i.e. to include lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds foliage, creepers etc., including heoing,weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling watering, mowing of lawn, grass gcutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers (wherever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-inccharge (Cost of good earth, manure, fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the department and Lawn Mower and Brush cutter with fuel and other T& P materials /articles shall be provided by the contractor) as per the directo of the Officer-in-Charge. Total Garden Area = 2093 SQM Total area to be maintained during the period of contract 2093 SQM X 6 =12558

Cleaning and Sweeping of Lawn/ Garden area in a year and keeping it neat and clean by mechanized method/ manually, removing litter, debris, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc., including disposal of collected waste in dustbin/designated place, as per direction of Site incharge (All YT & P materials articles shall be provided by the contractor)

Supply of Consumable Articles (Bamboo broom with Stick 5 to 6 ft height, medium size Bamboo Basket, full size bamboo, Jute Hassion Cloths, Nylon rope, G.I Wire, Wooden handle, Brush Cutter Wire etc.) for day to day use in the garden for the whole year.

Suppl and stacking of well decayed Cow Dung manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 15 Kms lead complete (Cow dung manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment

Supply and Stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 15 Kms lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)

Supply of seeds /saplings for seasonal beds as per requirement of the site.

Supply of different species of Plants required for replacement of casualties and plantation of tree, flowering shrubs, hedgs etc. (The details quaintiy and name fo the plant species will be follows at the time of execution and as per requirements)

Supply and spraying of plant protection product (Insecticides & fungicides) in garden i.e. trees, flowering shrubs, flower beds etc. (The details quantity & name of the plant species wil be follows at the time of execution & as per requirement)

Supply of organic fertilizer (eg. Mustard Cake, Ecohume liquid, Bone Dust, etc., any other as per requirements) to fertilizing in planted plants, seasonal flower beds and in other garden elements.

Supply of PVC watering pipe size 25mm dia in the hydrant for irrigation of garden

Making Necessary arrangement for hard pruning and trimming of bigtrees in a certain levels & height including making sections, stacking of servicable wood/parts and disposal of unservicable artical
