Dismantling of toilet area false ceiling (Aluminium/ Gypsum/metal or any other material etc.) and doors of janitor room (Aluminium/metal/Pvc or any other material etc.) including aluminium frame for supports, fittings etc and handed over or stacking of serviceable materials as per the direction of EIC or his representative within the airport premises and disposal of unserviceable surplus material as place shown by EIC within the airport premises.

Providing and fixing of restroom cubicles of 12mm thick laminated HPL boards stylam or equivalent make, door size suitable as per site condition with all accessries of SS 304 grade like gravity hinges, coat hook with door stopper, door knob, SS privacy tumb turn occupancy indicator , SS adjustable leg, SS screws, wall plugs, Noise Deafening tapes for grooves in doors & Pilasters etc., all complete as per the directions of EIC.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame.

Providing and fixing to existing door frames.30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P. laminate conforming to table - 3 of IS: 14856, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Dorma Make or equialent Automatic opening door as per site requirement for differently abled toilets consist of Operator Profile, Mechanical & Electrical Components, Floor Guide, Glass clamping rail, light barrier Five Position Program Switch knob and Cable for Program Switch, Electromechanical Locking system alongwith necessary Handicap Kit-ES200 with Add on Kit complete as per the direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing of 12 mm thick HPL urinal partition with necessary fittings of approved make as per the direction of EIC

Providing & fixing 12mm thick acrylic counter of approved brand fixed over 19mm thick high strength water proof plywood on MS supporting structure/concrete structure with all fittings including moulding of wash basin of size 550x430x200mm or approved size as per direction of EIC. The centre to centre spacing between two wash basin should be as per site conditionas. The price inclusive of suitable adhesive, sealent, moulding of edges, provision for fixing pipes and sanitary fittings etc and as per the direction of EIC.
